Grey’s Anatomy Season 14 Is About To Reveal Very Important Information About Owen’s Sister

Hey, “Grey’s Anatomy” fans. We’ve got some new, very interesting intel for the upcoming episode 5 of this current season 14 via an official ABC episode press release. It revealed a few teaser storylines for the episode. It turns out that this episode is going to feature a lot of flashback scenes.

One or more of those flashbacks will give us some very important backstory about Owen’s sister Megan Hunt. Also, it sounds like things will get very emotional between Owen and Megan when they have a very serious heart to heart and more.

The press release also revealed that this is episode titled, “Danger Zone.”ABC’s main description of this installment reveals that we’re going to be presented flashback scenes to Iraq in 2007, and they will feature all the tragic events that led up to Megan getting kidnapped. So, we’re going to finally see what really went down that day. It should be quite informative.

The folks over at TV Line recently did a write-up about this episode saying that it will almost entirely feature flashback scenes. So, it sounds like you guys should prepare to take a look back into the past for most of the 45 minutes to an hour that this episode will run for. Afterwards, we should be all filled in on most if not all of what took place with Megan during that fateful time in Iraq.


The press release also put in all capital letters: “THE PAST IS REVEALED WHEN OWEN, MEGAN, TEDDY AND NATHAN FLASHBACK TO IRAQ, ON ABC’S ‘GREY’S ANATOMY.” So, we’ll also see backstory on Nathan,Teddy and Owen in these scenes.

For those of you who are worried about not seeing any present-day footage, you can worry no more. It is confirmed that there will be present-day scenes. ABC’s description mentions that we’ll see Owen and Megan working on hashing out old wounds in the present-day storyline.

It sounds like things will get pretty emotional between those two as they try to sort through all their past issues. We’ll have to tune in to see the extent of how emotional this storyline will get.

In addition to those storyline teasers, the press release revealed that this episode was written by Jalysa Conway ,and it was directed by Cecilie Mosli.

Sarah Drew as character April Kepner, Caterina Scorsone as character Amelia Shepherd, Camilla Luddington as character Jo Wilson, Kelly McCreary as character Maggie Pierce, Jason George as character Ben Warren, Martin Henderson as character Nathan Riggs and Giacomo Gianniotti as character Andrew DeLuca.

We’ll see guest stars: Abigail Spencer as character Megan Hunt and Kim Raver as character Teddy Altman.

Additionally, ABC released a promotional photo for this episode. It features a scene that shows Owen, Teddy and Abigail in flashback scenes. They’re all suited up in their army gear while over in Iraq. You guys can view the promotional pic on Spoiler TV’s site by Clicking Here.

ABC also released a preview clip for the episode. It features a lot of flashback scenes while letting us know that they’re rewinding the clock to tell the story of how they were separated.

It’s definitely filled with a ton of drama and passion. Nathan is shown in a lot of the scenes. There’s a dramatic helicopter scene and more. You guys can view the clip over on Youtube by Clicking Here.

Alright guys. That’s all the information we have for this episode. Again, it sounds like it’ll be very informative when it comes to Abigail and a few other backstories. The press release also let us know that we’re going to have to wait around until Thursday night, October 26,2017 to watch this one. For some reason, they’re skipping over Thursday, October 19,2017.

We currently have no idea why. We’ll do another post about that later on when we get some more information about it.
