‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Is Bringing On New Male Character For A Very Intense Storyline
Happy Monday “Bold And The Beautiful” fans. We’ve got a new casting update for your favorite soap opera. It turns out that the Bold And The Beautiful production team is bringing on a new male for major storyline that’s currently forming right now! That storyline is the one that involves crooked Dollar Bill Spencer and Katie Logan.
As most of you know, these two are about to get involved in what appears to be a very intense custody battle for young Will Spencer. They are, of course, going to need a judge for this. So, that’s where this new male castmember will come in to play.
According to new report from the folks over at Entertainment Weekly, the Bold And The Beautiful production team has decided to cast veteran actor Joe Lando to come on and play a recurring judge character named judge Craig McMullen. Judge Craig will indeed be presiding over Bill and Katie’s extreme Will custody battle. So, this is definitely a big give away that they are really going to go all the way with this custody storyline and possibly draw it out for much, much longer than we would actually prefer.
We were kind of hoping they would get this thing wrapped up by the middle of September 2018. However, we’re hearing that Judge Craig isn’t going to arrive on the Bold And The Beautiful scene until late September sometime. Actually, his first episode will land on the Thursday, September 20, 2018 episode.
Since that’s the judge’s first episode, we’re presuming that will be the earliest start date for Bill and Katie’s court case. Then, only God knows how long the producers will drag it out from there. We might not see this whole Will custody battle end until maybe the middle of October or late October if we’re lucky.
As for Joe Lando’s acting resume, it’s quite extensive. Alright, so you guys should definitely get ready to see Bill and Katie go to court in a few weeks over this Will custody case. As for the immediate future, Hope is about to face some issues with her unborn child in tomorrow’s September 3, 2018 installment, but it seems like she’s going to be ok according to the official teasers for this week.
What’s not going to be ok is Hope’s other baby which is her “Hope For The Future” fashion line. Steffy’s going to make sure of that. That’s right, nice Steffy is about to take a hike, and bad Steffy is back in business. Steffy and Hope are about to have major clash starting the middle of this week. So, definitely get prepared for that good stuff.
