‘Agents Of SHIELD’ Recap For Season 6, May 24, 2019 Episode 3 Revealed
Happy Friday, “Agents Of SHIELD” fans. Tonight, May 24, 2019, the 3rd episode of season 6 definitely did air, and we’re here to tell you all about just what the hell happened. It was a lot too, and it was quite intense.
In tonight’s episode 3, we were introduced to the planet Kitson. It turns out that’s where Fitz and Enoch headed off to at the end of episode 2, and Daisy and Simmons showed up right behind them. We learned real fast that Kitson isn’t a very nice planet. Their motto isn’t, “what happens on Kitson, stays on Kitson.” Oh, no, no. no. It’s actually “what happens on Kitson is contagious and burns.”
Casinos and brothels were introduced as the main hang out spots on Kitson. Everyone in this episode decided to go with a tour of the casino scenery. Enoch and Fitz thought that they could score some cash working the card table since Enoch is good at counting cards.
Enoch was able to successfully count the cards. So, everything was working out nicely for them at first. However, Enoch and Fitz eventually got bluffed out of all their winnings by a more experienced gambler. Apparently, this gambler was able to capitalize on Enoch’s lack of skill at reading people.
After that, Enoch and Fitz decided to play a game that had severely higher stakes. If they lost, they would be sold into slavery! Enoch and Fitz came up with a plan that involved Enoch emitting only tones that Fitz could hear. The tones were supposed to tell Fitz when to hit.
Unfortunately, that plan didn’t work out well for them either. When it was time for Fitz to hit, Enoch had fallen asleep. Luckily, an alarm sounded just when Fitz was supposed to hit, which interrupted the game.
However, another problem arose. People that had similar abilities like Enoch showed up. The difference is they were hunters unlike Enoch who is an anthropologist. These hunters were trying to hunt down Fitz, and they had the power to stop Enoch from helping him by shutting down his abilities!
Elsewhere, Daisy and Simmons came into contact with one of the hunters after he hopped on board their ship trying to seek out Fitz. The hunter claimed that Fitz is actually ruining the universe!
Shortly after that, Daisy and Simmons were seen taking one of these hunters captive. However, they eventually arrived on Kitson and their grip on the hunter came to a screeching halt after accidentally eating food that caused them to Hallucinate.
When the hunter escaped, he called for backup. Luckily for Daisy and Simmons, Daisy’s quake powers still work great even when she’s in a hallucinated state. She just needed Jemma aka Simmons to help her aim the shots at the pack of aliens. It worked like a charm.
At this point, we were nearing the end of the episode, and it doesn’t end well. At one point, Enoch helped Fitz get away and escape out of the game room area that they were locked in. Meanwhile, Daisy and Jemma were in the casino still fighting. Once everything was sort of clear, there was this moment where Fitz made eye contact with Jemma!
Unfortunately, that intense moment turned out to be very short-lived because one of those damn hunters teleported in to grab Fitz! Right after that, the hunter teleported away with Fitz. Enoch tried to get there, but he was too, freaking late. Enoch saw Jemma, and that made him realize there is something very wrong with the timeline.
It was definitely another exciting episode. I can’t wait to see what happens next week in episode 4. It’s a shame they cut the season to just 13 episodes. However, it was either that or cancel it. So, we’ll take the 13 episodes.
