The InBetween Spoilers For Season 1, August 14, 2019 Finale Episode 10 Revealed
Hey, “The InBetween” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 9. Now that it’s in the history books, it’s time to take a look at what the next, new episode 10 will have in store for you guys.
Episode 10 will, in fact, be the season finale episode. So, you will definitely want to savor it. We were able to get a short teaser description for the season finale episode 10 via NBC’s latest press release. So, we will certainly be referencing it for this spoiler session.
To get things started, we do have a title for episode 10. The producers officially named it, “MONSTERS AND ANGELS.” Episode 10 sounds like it will feature some very interesting and possible dramatic moments as Tom and Damien investigate a terrible murder! A shocking revelation is discovered! Cassie comes to a conclusion about Ed and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Tom and Damien investigation situation. It turns out that these two will have their hands very full in this episode.
Apparently, a very unfortunate murder has taken place involving a young school teacher. Tom and Damien will be working this case in an effort to find out who in the hell would commit such an awful crime. NBC’s official description tells us, “Tom and Damien investigate the murder of a young schoolteacher.”
Will Tom and Damien find out who the culprit is? Or will they come up short? That’s a big question for this particular plotline. We actually do have an answer for that question, and it will lead us into the second spoiler scoop for this episode.
It turns out that a killer will indeed be discovered at some point in this installment. Apparently, the identity of this killer will be pretty startling because it will be someone that is very close to home! NBC’ description tells us, “It’s discovered that the killer is someone very close to home.”
Who exactly is the killer? That’s the huge question for this particular storyline. We will have to wait and see because no other intel was provided in that regard. This storyline does sound like it will feature some very intriguing scenes for you guys to look forward to. So, look out for that in this season finale episode.
Lastly, we’ve got a third spoiler teaser. It reveals that Cassie will have a very enlightening moment in this episode. At some point, she’s going to realize that she will have to go ahead and face this situation with Ed Roven head on and take care of it once and for all.
NBC’s description tells us, “Cassie realizes that she must deal with Ed Roven once and for all.”
Will Cassie successfully handle this Ed Roven situation? Or will it forever be an issue? Those are the burning questions for this particular storyline. We will certainly have to wait and see. This is definitely another storyline we think will deliver some very interesting scenes.
Currently, it is unknown if NBC will renew “The InBetween” for a new season 2. So, it’s possible the producers could have written in some cliffhangers for this season finale episode just in case.
However, it’s also possible the producers gave it closure just in case it doesn’t get renewed. We’ll totally just have to wait and see.
For a summer show, “The InBetween” didn’t do great with the ratings and LIVE viewership numbers, but it didn’t do terrible either. It averaged 2.601 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.40 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics.
Since, it’s a summer show, I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility that NBC could give it a renewal for next summer. It just depends on other factors like how much does it cost to produce the show and so on and so forth.
Again, the numbers it brought in aren’t great, but they aren’t terrible either, especially for a summer show.
Alright, with that said, NBC’ press release confirmed that the season finale episode 10 is indeed scheduled to air next Wednesday night, August 14, 2019 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
