‘The Good Doctor’ Season 3, October 28, 2019 Episode 6 Delayed. It’s Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “The Good Doctor” fans. We have some very unfortunate news for you guys tonight. For some unknown reason, ABC has apparently decided not to air the new episode 6 of your favorite show tonight, October 28, 2019.

To be honest,it will probably always be a mystery why they’re not airing it. Although we do have our theories, none of them can be officially confirmed.

What’s important,now, is that we tell you when the new episode 6 will air. We’re happy to tell you that it will be delayed for just one week. So, episode 6 will indeed air next Monday night, November 4, 2019 at approximately 9 pm central standard time right after “Dancing With The Stars” on ABC. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.

What is ABC airing instead of “The Good Doctor” tonight? According to the TV Guide listings, ABC is actually airing “The Good Doctor.” However, it’s just a rerun. The rerun they’re airing is the first episode of this season 3 called, “Disaster.”

ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Dr. Shaun Murphy proposes a radical surgery to save a woman’s life after what he believes was a disastrous first date with Carly.

Meanwhile, after the new chief of surgery, Dr. Audrey Lim, announces that the residents can lead surgeries, Dr. Morgan Reznick and Dr. Alex Park compete for the chance to operate on an elderly patient who has been diagnosed with cancer.”

If any of you guys missed the season 3 premiere episode 1 for some reason, you might still want to tune into ABC to watch it. If you did see the premiere and have no desire to watch it again, you’ll definitely want to try and find something else to watch.

We do have a bit of good news for you guys. ABC did serve up a new press release, preview clip and preview photos for episode 6. All of these things do contain spoiler teasers. So, if you don’t want to see any spoiler teasers, it’s highly suggested that you exit this article right now.

If you don’t have a problem with spoiler teasers,by all means please keep reading this article. Now that we’ve gotten our spoiler warning out of the way, let’s do this.

ABC’s press released revealed that episode 6 is entitled, “45-Degree Angle.” It sounds like episode 6 will feature some very intense, dramatic and shocking scenes.

To start with, Dr.Shaun Murphy is going to alienate a nurse while trying to perform his very first solo surgery. This action will end up putting his entire residency in danger! Oh, no!

Elsewhere, Dr. Neil Melendez and Dr. Audrey will have a very intense moment in this episode. At some point, they’re going to get into a huge argument about a very risky surgery! Will these two be able to work things out? That’s a burning question for this particular scenario.

Dr. Claire Brown will also be in a pretty bad mood in this episode. She’s going to end up spiraling out of control and doing self destructive things! This will, of course, deliver a very negative tone throughout the entire workplace.

ABC’s official description for episode 6 reads like this, “While performing his first solo surgery, Dr. Shaun Murphy alienates a nurse, which puts his residency in jeopardy.

Also in this episode, Dr. Neil Melendez disagrees with Dr. Audrey Lim on a risky surgery, and Dr. Claire Brown spirals into self-destructive behaviors, causing negative ramifications in the workplace.”

Now, it’s time to go over the new preview clip for episode 6. Dr. Shaun Murphy is seen telling a nurse she’s handing a surgical tool to him incorrectly. After that, he says, “You need to leave the OR! Leave now!”

Next, the clip cuts to a scene where Morgan is saying, “Shaun’s problem is communication.” After that, an angry Dr. Audrey is seen telling at Shaun, “This happens again! That will be the end of your residency!”

The preview photos for episode 6 feature quite a bit of Shaun, Audrey and Marcus. They will definitely have some serious scenes together judging by the tone of these pictures.

Episode 6 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Elfina Luk as character Nurse Villanueva and Sheila Kelley as character Debbie Wexler.

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 6 are: Freddie Highmore as character Dr. Shaun Murphy, Antonia Thomas as character Dr. Claire Browne, Nicholas Gonzalez as character Dr. Neil Melendez, Hill Harper as character Dr. Marcus Andrews, Richard Schiff as character Dr. Aaron Glassman, Christina Chang as character Dr. Audrey Lim, Fiona Gubelmann as character Dr. Morgan Reznick, Will Yun Lee as character Dr. Alex Park, Paige Spara as character Lea Dilallo and Jasika Nicole as character Dr. Carly Lever.

Again, ABC confirmed that episode 6 is indeed scheduled to air next Monday night, November 4, 2019 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.

    Very disappointed that there was a rerun of Good Doctor. This is my favorite show. What is the reason for this decision?
