New ‘Insecure’ Spoilers For Season 4, May 31, 2020 Episode 8 Revealed
Hey, “Insecure” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 7. Now that it’s officially aired and done with, we are back on here to let you guys know a few things that will take place in the next, new episode 8, which is due out next Sunday night, May 31, 2020.
Thanks to the lovely folks over at HBO, we were able to get our hands on the official, main plotline description for episode 8. So, we’re going to run it by you guys right now. Let’s get into it.
To start, HBO’s official episode 8 press release lets us know that episode 8 does indeed have a title. It’s called,”Lowkey Happy.”
Episode 8 sounds like it will feature some possible interesting, dramatic, comical and emotional scenes.
In the new episode 8, it’s going to be all about Issa and Lawrence in this particular description. We’re going to see these two get together and have a big conversation about their lives and careers.
They will also take a trip down memory lane when they talk about some mistakes they’ve made in the past. Lastly, they will go on to explore what they each think they need to make them happy.
HBO’s official description for episode 8 of Insecure reads like this, “Issa (Issa Rae) and Lawrence (Jay Ellis) catch up and talk life, careers, past mistakes, and what makes each of them happy.”
HBO also released a new preview clip for episode 8. It features Lawrence and Issa having their conversation in a bar setting.
Lawrence asks Issa, “How was the block party by the way?” Issa says, “It was dope. It almost killed me, but I did that sh@#t. Well, you said you had to talk to me about something?”

Episode 8 was written by Natasha Rothwell, and it was directed by Ava Berkofsky. HBO’s press release confirmed that the next,new episode 8 of Insecure season 4 is indeed scheduled to air next Sunday night, May 31, 2020 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
