‘Big Brother’ September 17, 2020 Evicted Ian Terry (Recap)

Hey, fellow “Big Brother” fans. Tonight, September 17, 2020, another LIVE eviction show for Big Brother season 22, All-Stars did indeed air, and another unlucky houseguest was sent packing.

Tonight’s LIVE eviction show kicked off with footage of what happened in the house after the last POV ceremony took place. Nicole cried to the private cams aka The Diary room saying, “I’m forced not to tell Ian anything. My whole alliance wants him gone, but I will campaign for him to stay.”

At one point, Nicole and Ian were seen talking about how many votes he needs to stay this week.

Dani told the private cams, “Da’Vonne showed me that Kevin is more important to her than I am in this game, but I still want to work with Da’Vonne. I’ll get our relationship back on track.”

Dani told Ian, “I nominated you because you’re the only that could stay against Tyler.” After that, Dani told the private cams, “I’m lying to Ian.” Dani told Tyler, “I’m genuinely not coming after you.” Tyler told the private cams, “I’m not sure where I stand on Dani’s hit list. So, I have to keep her on my hit list as well.”

Ian campaigned to Memphis saying, “It’s kinda crazy to send me out when you have a competitor like Tyler on the block.” Memphis told the private cams, “As good as Tyler might be, Ian is a past winner. You gotta take a shot at him.”

Ian told the private cams, “After the talk with Memphis, I don’t think I’m a safe pawn, and I’m infuriated.”

Nicole contemplated breaking up her “Committee” alliance to save Ian. Kevin and Da’Vonne wondered why Tyler wasn’t campaigning. They started thinking he knows he already has the votes to stay.

Nicole started campaigning to keep Ian in the game. Dani told Nicole, “The Committee wants Ian gone, and it would ruin our game if he stays.”

Nicole told Memphis and Cody, “I want to keep Ian.” Cody told Nicole, “There’s no reason for me to stick my neck out for Ian. He’s done nothing for me in this game.”

Nicole said,”I can’t beat Tyler in comps.” Cody said, “Why do you always sell yourself short?” Nicole just continued to pout about how it’s better to get rid of Tyler, but Cody just wasn’t feeling it.

Dani told Ian, “You should blame for this.” Ian said, “I do, and I won’t vote for you in the finals unless you’re sitting next to David, Kevin or Da’Vonne.” He was very upset.

Nicole told the private cams, “Ian has Da’Vonne, Kevin and David’s vote. So, I could be the 4th vote to send it to a tiebreaker to make Dani decide who goes home.”

After all of that footage, the eviction nominees Tyler and Ian gave their final plea speeches. Then the rest of the houseguests casts their votes to evict.

Christmas, Enzo, Cody, Memphis and Nicole all voted to evict Ian. Da’Vonne, Kevin and David voted to evict Tyler. So with by a vote of 5-3, Ian was evicted from the Big Brother season 22, All-Stars house tonight.

Ian gave his exit interview with host Julie Chen-Moonves. During it, Ian told Julie, “What Dani did to me hurt a lot. I felt like they took the opportunity to get a former winner out of the game, and it was the right play, honestly. I don’t feel betrayed by anyone . It’s a game.”

Some of the houseguests revealed to Ian in their goodbye messages that they were in the “Committee” alliance, and that it was really the plan to get him out. That actually made Ian feel much better about the situation. He said, “To see that it was a good plan, and they got me. Kudos.”

Next, the remaining houseguests played for the new HOH(Head Of Household). This competition was a physical/mental comp called, “Hydrant Hustle.” In it, they had to scramble to collect puzzle pieces and complete a puzzle. The first one to complete the puzzle, won.

This comp lasted beyond the time constraints of the LIVE show. Currently, the LIVE feeds have not come back on yet. So, we’re going to have to wait until later on to reveal who won the HOH comp tonight. So, be sure to look out for our report on that.

To close out tonight’s LIVE show, Julie revealed that yet another new twist will be happening this week. She said, “A Big Brother legend is going to move into the neighbors house to shake things up.” So, that sounds like it could be quite interesting.
