New Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers For Season 17, December 17, 2020 Episode 6 Revealed
Hey, “Grey’s Anatomy” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed episode 5 tonight. Now that it has officially come and gone, we are back in action to deliver up some new spoiler goodies for the next, new episode 6 of Grey’s Anatomy’s current season 17. It’s due out next Thursday night, December 17, 2020. So, let’s start getting you prepped for it right now.
We’ve got brand new teaser descriptions for episode 6 from ABC’s official episode 6 press release. So, let’s go over those right now.
First thing’s first. There is an official title for this brand new episode 6 of season 17. It is called, “No Time For Despair.”
It sounds like episode 6 will feature some very intense, dramatic,suspenseful, interesting and possible emotional scenes as the Grey Sloan Memorial staff faces new pressures with a surge capacity protocol. Owen and Amelia take on an extremely controversial surgery and more!
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the surge capacity protocol situation. It turns out that Seattle Presbyterian hospital is going to get totally overloaded at some point in this episode. This overload will cause the staff at Grey Sloan Memorial to have to face a whole new set of pressures when they get put on a surge capacity protocol!
ABC’s official description for this surge capacity protocol storyline tells us, “Grey Sloan Memorial faces new pressures as Seattle Pres is overloaded, and Grey Sloan Memorial is now on surge capacity protocol.” An alternate description reads like this, “TENSIONS ARE AT AN ALL-TIME HIGH AT GREY SLOAN MEMORIAL.”
The second and last teaser description lets us know that Owen and Amelia will definitely have something to feel stressed about in this episode when they get faced with a surgery that ABC is describing as one of the most controversial surgeries of their entire careers!
ABC’s description for this latest Owen and Amelia storyline reads like this, “Owen and Amelia are faced with one of the most controversial surgeries of their careers.”
How will Owen and Amelia handle all of this pressure? That is a very important question we’ll be looking to see get answered in this episode for sure.
Whatever the case, it certainly sounds like this whole episode will be filled with super dramatic and intense scenes for you guys next week. So, get ready for it.
Episode 6 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Jay Hayden as character Travis Montgomery and Stefania Spampinato as character Dr. Carina Deluca.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 6 are: Ellen Pompeo as character Meredith Grey, Chandra Wilson as character Miranda Bailey, James Pickens Jr. as character Richard Webber, Kevin McKidd as character Owen Hunt, Kim Raver as character Teddy Altman, Jesse Williams as character Jackson Avery.
Season regulars continued: Camilla Luddington as character Dr. Jo, Caterina Scorsone as character Amelia Shepherd, Kelly McCreary as character Maggie Pierce, Giacomo Gianniotti as character Andrew DeLuca, Chris Carmack as character Atticus “Link” Lincoln, Jake Borelli as character Levi Schmitt, Greg Germann as character Tom Koracick, Richard Flood as character Cormac Hayes and Anthony Hill as character Winston Ndugu.
Episode 6 was written by Felicia Pride, and it was directed by Pete Chatmon.
ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 6 of Grey’s Anatomy’s current season 17 is indeed scheduled to hit the airwaves next Thursday night, December 17, 2020 at approximately 8 pm central standard time. Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.
ABC also mentioned that this is the winter finale episode, which means you guys will unfortunately not get a new Grey”s Anatomy episode until March 4, 2021! We plan to do another full article on this with more details next week. So, look out for it.
