American Gods Season 3, February 7, 2021 Episode 5 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “American Gods” fans. Unfortunately, we had to jump on here to tell you some really bad news for tonight. It turns out that the people over at STARZ will not be airing the next, new episode 5 of American Gods’ current season 3 tonight, February 7, 2021.
While we don’t have an official reason for this development, we do suspect that STARZ might not want to compete with the huge, Super Bowl event tonight. Whatever the actual case is, we can officially confirm with you that STARZ is scheduled to air the new episode 5 next Sunday night, February 14, 2021 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, you will definitely want to remember that very important date and time.
We did take the liberty of finding out what STARZ has decided to air instead of the next, new episode 5 of American Gods’s current season 3 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, Starz is going to air a couple of repeat episodes of “In The Long Run.” At 7 pm, they will re-air the 4th episode of its season 3.
STARZ’s official description for it reads like this, “Valentine gets a DJ gig through Dawn’s friend Andy. Kobna buys a car and causes an accident that brings about a pact with the devil. Charles and Agnes join forces to present a vision of change to the residents of the Eastbridge.”
Then, at 7:30 pm,STARZ will re-air the 5th episode of its season 3. STARZ’ official description for it reads like this, “Valentine has some realizations about his relationship with Dawn. Kirsty gets her first posh catering job and asks Agnes to help, but their differences about the future of the Eastbridge Estate threatens to blow up in front of everyone.”
If any of you guys happen to be fans of “In The Long Run,” and want to watch these repeat episodes, you might still want to flip on STARZ tonight like you normally would.
If you don’t want to see anything but the next, new episode 5 of Of American Gods season 3, you will definitely want to make some other plans real, real quick for tonight.
Spoiler Warning: With all of that previous stuff said, we were able to track down an official episode 5 press release for American Gods’ current season 3. It contains a few spoiler scoops for you guys. So, we’re going to tell you about them right now. Let’s go.
For starters, the new episode 5 is titled, “Sister Rising.” It sounds like episode 5 will feature some interesting, intense and dramatic scenes.
In the new episode 5, Shadow and Bilquis will have a few scenes together. Apparently, Shadow will be busy trying to explore purpose, destiny and identity, and he will bring Bilquis along for the ride.
Technical Boy will have some pretty intense-sounding moments in this episode as he will wrestle with some identity issues at some point.
Elsewhere, Wednesday will be in action with some new plans for a con, and he will ask Shadow if he wants to join in it with him.
STARZ’ official description for episode 5 reads like this, “Shadow explores notions of purpose, destiny and identity with a newly enlightened Bilquis. Elsewhere, Technical Boy struggles with an identity crisis of his own. Wednesday asks Shadow to assist in a new con.”
Again, STARZ confirmed that the next, new episode 5 of American Gods’ current season 3 is scheduled to finally show up next Sunday night, February 14, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
