Chicago Med Season 6, February 24, 2021 Episode 8 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Chicago Med” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some more bad news for you guys. We have just become aware that your favorite show Chicago Med will be missing in action as far as new episodes go. That’s right, guys. NBC will not be airing the next, new episode 8 of Chicago Med’s current season 6 tonight, February 24, 2021.
This news gets a little worse because we have to tell you that NBC will not be airing the new episode 8 next week as well. So, this is going to be a two-week delay.
We have official confirmation from NBC that they intend to air the new episode 8 on Wednesday night,March 10, 2021 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to remember that very important date and time.
We did find out what NBC will be airing instead of the next, new episode 8 of Chicago Med’s current season 6 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, NBC is going to air a repeat episode of Chicago Med. It will be the 4th episode of this season 6 titled, “IN SEARCH OF FORGIVENESS, NOT PERMISSION” REPEAT.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Dr. Marcel and Dr. Manning lay everything on the line to assist a sick woman. Dr. Halstead faces an uphill battle in getting participants involved in his clinical trial. Dr. Choi clashes with a patient who demands absolute perfection of himself.”
Then, next Wednesday night, March 3, 2021, NBC will air another repeat episode of Chicago Med. This one will be the 5th episode of this season 6 titled, “WHEN YOUR HEART RULES YOUR HEAD” REPEAT.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Dr. Halstead is finding continued success in his trial. Dr. Charles’ daughter, Anna, receives life-changing news. Noah finds himself in a situation not even April can fix.”
If any of you guys are up for watching these Chicago Med repeat episodes, you might still want to watch NBC over this two-week delay during that time. If not, you will definitely want to get something else lined up as quick as you can.
Spoiler Warning: With all of that said, we were able to get our hands on a few, new spoiler scoops for the next, new episode 8 of Chicago Med’s current season 6 via the wonderful NBC folks. They put out an official press release for it. So, all of you who are interested in these spoiler scoops, keep on reading.
First thing’s first. NBC revealed that episode 8 is officially titled, “FATHERS AND MOTHERS, DAUGHTERS AND SONS.” It sounds like episode 8 will feature some very intense, dramatic, emotional and interesting scenes.
In the new episode 8, Ethan will be in action at some point. Apparently, he’ll be looking to hire someone to join him in the ED, and he’s going to end up picking an old Navy colleague of his.
Charles and his daughter will be in big, big trouble in regards to their custody hearing. Apparently, it’s the last custody hearing, and it will certainly threaten to split up Charles and his daughter!
Elsewhere, Maggie will certainly have a very important moment in this episode as she’s tasked with making a choice that is so extreme it could totally alter Auggie’s life!
NBC’s official description for episode 8 reads like this, “Ethan hires an old Navy colleague to join him in the ED. A final custody hearing threatens to separate Charles and his daughter. Maggie must make a choice that will change Auggie’s life.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 8 of Chicago Med’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally air on Wednesday night, March 10, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
