Big Brother 23 Spoilers: August 23, 2021 POV Ceremony Results Revealed

Happy Monday, “Big Brother” fans. We hope your weekend went well. We are back on here, right now, because we do have the results of today’s August 23, 2021 POV (Power Of Veto) ceremony. It took place just a couple of hours ago. So, we will certainly tell you what happened in this article.

Before we do, we’re going to do a really quick recap of this week ,so far, for anyone who isn’t up to speed on everything. This past Thursday night, August 19, 2021, Sarah claimed the latest HOH (Head Of Household) competition win to become the new ruler of the house this week.

The next day on Friday, August 20, 2021, Sarah held her eviction nomination ceremony. During it, she nominated Derek F and Claire for eviction this week with the idea of possibly setting up a backdoor play.

Shortly after Sarah’s nomination ceremony, the High Roller’s room, twist game showed up again. Alyssa ended up winning the nomination roulette game, which awarded her safety this week. However, it also cause her to accidentally nominate who she thinks is her closest ally Xavier. Xavier replaced Derek F on the eviction chopping block.

On Saturday, August 21, 2021, the POV competition was played, and Xavier ended up pulling out the win. That all leads us to today’s POV ceremony. During it, Xavier definitely used the veto to pull himself off the eviction chopping block.

Then, Sarah replaced Xavier with none other than Derek X. She had been plotting and planning for his demise, and now it is set in motion. Derek X is Sarah’s main target for eviction this week. So, it seems highly likely that he will be the one evicted and heading to the jury house this Thursday night, August 26, 2021.

Last night, Derek X was seen trying to negotiate a deal with Sarah to not nominate him. He brought up some very good points about how he is not bad for her game, but she just seemed so determined to put him up that no argument was good enough for her.

At around 1:52 PM pacific time today, August 23, 2021, Derek F was seen talking with Xavier ,and he said, “If we aren’t getting Sarah out ,next week, then we are better off keeping Derek X here to take her out.” Xavier said, “When are you going to win and take out Derek X?” Derek F said, “Everyone is losing their person except for Kyland.”

At around 2:31 pm, Sarah told Derek F, “I think that the vote will be 6-1 with Hannah being the only vote to keep Derek X.”

At around 2:44 PM, Tiffany told Derek X and Claire, “Based on everything I’m hearing, Derek X is leaving this week.” Tiffany went on tell Derek X, “You need to start thinking about your eviction speech and how you can try and get people not to trust Sarah.” Derek X said, “I will do that.”

Judging from those conversations, it definitely appears that Derek X will finally get taken out during the LIVE eviction show this Thursday night unless he can pull a rabbit out of a hat so to speak.

How do you guys feel about Sarah replacing Xavier with Derek X for eviction during today’s POV ceremony? Are you happy about it? Are you sad? Or do you just not care one way or the other? Let us know in the comments section.
