Blue Bloods Season 12, April 15, 2022 Episode 19 Delayed. Not Airing For A While

Hey, “Blue Bloods” fans. Unfortunately, it’s one of those times again. We are on here, right now, because we have some bad news to tell you. It turns out that CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 19 of Blue Bloods’ current season 12 tonight, April 15, 2022. Episode 19 will also be MIA (missing in action) from CBS’ primetime line up next Friday night, April 22, 2022.

That’s right, guys. Your favorite show Blue Bloods is currently in the midst of a 2-week delay. CBS did confirm that they intend to air the new episode 19 on Friday night, April 29, 2022 in its usual, 9 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to jot down that very important date and time on your TV show calendars.

We did find out what CBS plans to air instead of the next, new episode 19 of Blue Bloods’ current season 12 during this two-week delay period. According to the TV guide listings, CBS has a couple repeat episodes of Blue Bloods lined up for you guys. Tonight, they will be re-airing the 4th episode of this season 12 titled, “True Blue.”

CBS’ Official description for it reads like this, “Jamie faces backlash from fellow officers when he partners with Erin and Anthony to investigate an underground bar the NYPD and FDNY use to hide their criminal indiscretions. Eddie’s partner considers leaving the force.”

Then, next Friday night, April 22, 2022, CBS is going to re-air the 6th episode of this season 12 titled, “Be Smart or Be Dead.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Frank causes family tension when he assigns Jamie to guard Danny after a hit is put on him. Frank tries to stop his grandson from seeking revenge after he’s attacked. Eddie gets a hostile new partner.”

If any of you guys are up for watching those repeat episodes of Blue Bloods, you might still want to stick with CBS on Friday nights during this 2-week delay. If you won’t accept anything other than new episodes of Blue Bloods, you will definitely want to make some other plans as soon as you can.

Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we were able to round up some new, official spoiler scoops for the next, new episode 19 of Blue Blood’s current season 12 from CBS’ official episode 19 press release.

In it, CBS let us know that this new episode 19 is officially named/titled, “Tangled Up in Blue.” It sounds like episode 19 will feature some very intense, dramatic, emotional, action-filled, scandalous and suspenseful scenes.

CBS’ official description for episode 19 tells us, “When Erin is stalked by a man who was recently released from prison after serving 12 years, she enlists Anthony and Danny to investigate her office’s role in his sentencing.

Also, Jamie works to save his badge when he is caught driving under the influence after he is unknowingly given drugs at a party, and Frank navigates multiple family issues as he deals with a troubling medical diagnosis for Henry as well as Jamie’s DUI on the CBS Original series BLUE BLOODS.”

An alternate description reads like this, “WHEN ERIN IS STALKED BY A RECENTLY RELEASED PRISONER, SHE ENLISTS ANTHONY AND DANNY TO INVESTIGATE HER OFFICE’S ROLE IN HIS SENTENCING.”

Episode 19 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: John Shea as character (Dr. Kirk O’Connor), Steve Rosen as character (Lenny Katz), Brett Diggs as character (Officer Tate Jones), James Yaegashi as character (Peter Chou), Erin Mosher as character (Joan), Phuong Kubacki as character (Layla).

Guest stars continued: Billy Kasper as character (Hooligan), Carmen Gill as character (SBA Lawyer Lisa Volk), Madeline Grey DeFreece as character (Officer Grey), Mark Christopher Green as character (Officer Anderson), Brandon Castillo as character (Uniform #3), Caroline Festa as character (Uniform #4) and Amanda Layne Kennedy as character (Bartender).

Episode 19 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Abigail Hawk as character (Abigail Baker), Gregory Jbara as character (DCPI Garrett Moore), Robert Clohessy as character (Lt. Gormley), Steven Schirripa as character (Anthony Abetemarco), Andrew Terraciano as character (Sean Reagan), Luis Antonio Ramos as character (Captain Espinoza), Ian Quinlan as character (Luis Badillo), Jim Bracchitta as character (IAB Sgt. Carl Bannon) and Ann Harada as character (IAB Lt. Sloane).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 19 are: Tom Selleck as character (Frank Reagan), Donnie Wahlberg as character (Danny Reagan), Bridget Moynahan as character (Erin Reagan), Will Estes as character (Jamie Reagan), Len Cariou as character (Henry Reagan), Marisa Ramirez as character (Det. Maria Baez) and Vanessa Ray as character (Officer Eddie Janko).

Episode 19’s story is by Kevin Wade and Graham Thiel. The teleplay is by Kevin Wade, and it was directed by Doug Aarniokoski.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 19 of Blue Bloods’ current season 12 is scheduled to finally hit the air on Friday night, April 29, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
