New A Million Little Things Season 4 Spoilers For May 18, 2022 Finale Episode 20 Revealed
Hey, “A Million Little Things” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed what tonight’s episode 19 delivered. Now that episode 19 has officially run its course, we are back on here to tell you how this current season 4 of A Million Little Things is going to wrap up next Wednesday night, May 18, 2022. That’s right, guys. The next, new episode 20 will indeed be the season 4, finale episode.
We were able to gather up a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 20, thanks to the wonderful ABC people serving up an official press release for it. So, we’re going to pull up these teaser descriptions, right now, and see what’s happening in this season finale edition.
For starters, ABC revealed that this new episode 20 of A Million Little Things’ current season 4 is officially labeled/titled, “Just In Case.” It sounds like episode 20 will feature some intense, dramatic, interesting and emotional scenes as Maggie and Gary get tested. Rome makes a sacrifice. An unlikely source gets brought in for help. A very startling secret gets exposed and more!
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Maggie and Gary situation. It turns out that Maggie and Gary will be in for a hell of a time in this episode as something or someone will pop up to test how strong their relationship really is.
ABC’s official description for this latest, Maggie and Gary situation tells us, “The strength of Maggie and Gary’s relationship is put to the test once again.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that a certain student will be in distress in this episode. So, we’re going to see Rome step up to the plate and make a big sacrifice for this student.

The 3rd spoiler teaser lets us know that Theo’s mother will be having a seriously rough time in this episode. So, we’re going to see Theo try to get some help from someone we would least expect at some point.
ABC’s description for this latest, Theo plotline reads like this, “Theo turns to an unlikely source to help his mom through a rough patch.”
The 4th and final teaser description for this new episode 20 lets us know that we’ll see some more screen time for Eddie’s character at some point. During it, we’re going to see Eddie find out about a surprising secret that Anna’s been hiding!

ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new, finale episode 20 of A Million Little Things’ current season 4 is indeed scheduled to make its official debut next Wednesday night, May 18, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
