Big Sky Season 2, May 19, 2022 Episode 18 Is The Finale. Season 3 Is Happening
Hey, “Big Sky” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed every last minute of tonight’s last episode 18 of Big Sky’s current season 2. That’s right, guys. Episode 18 was indeed the season 2 finale episode. That means it’s going to be a pretty good while before another new episode of Big Sky pops up.
The good news is that another new episode of Big Sky will end up popping up at some point in the future because the wonderful folks over at ABC were nice enough to give it a brand new season 3 renewal! That’s right, guys. Your favorite show will be back for another new set of episodes for the 2022/2023 season.
According to the folks over Deadline.com , ABC served up their Big Sky season 3 renewal announcement just last week. They also revealed that former Supernatural star Jensen Ackles who played guest character Beau Arlen in the season 2 finale episode will be bumped up to a series regular in the new season 3.
Beau Arlen is described as being a confident and charming good ol’ boy from Texas who steps in as temporary Sheriff and Jenny Hoyt’s new boss as a favor to his friend Sheriff Tubb.
They also reported that actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler who played recurring character Tonya in season 2 has been promoted to a series regular for the new season 3. So, a couple of new things are happening for this series so far.
Big Sky season 2 averaged 2.601 million LIVE viewers, and a 0.30 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 17, which aired last Thursday night, May 12, 2022, drew in 2.132 million LIVE viewers, and a 0.22 ratings score.
The most-viewed episode was the premiere episode 1 with 3.129 million LIVE viewers. The least-viewed episode was episode 17 with 2.132 million LIVE viewers.
The highest-rated episode was the premiere episode 1 with a 0.37 ratings score. The lowest-rated episode was episode 17 with a 0.22 ratings score.
