Big Brother 2022 Season 24 Replaced Castmember Marvin Yesterday. Plus A New Twist
Hey, “Big Brother” fans. We’re back in action with some new, very important details from the set of the upcoming Big Brother season 24 set. According to a new report from the folks over at Big Brother Network, the Big Brother producers had to make a last minute replacement for one of the castmembers they originally presented to us.
Castmember Marvin Achi (left) is out. He’s being replaced by Joseph Abdin (right). The reason for Marvin’s exit is that he’s apparently doing NBC’s America’s Got Talent show, and it’s prohibiting him from doing the Big Brother show. You guys can see a clip of Marvin on America’s Got Talent over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
Big Brother’s official Twitter page also left the following message: “Important casting update! Marvin will no longer be one of our Houseguests on this season of Big Brother. We’re excited to welcome Joseph, a 24-year-old lawyer from Lake Worth, FL. to the #BB24 cast!” Twitter Link
According to a report from Parade.com, Marvin was replaced at around 10 pm eastern standard time yesterday, July 5, 2022. That was about 7 hours after the cast was announced.
As for Marvin’s replacement Joseph Abdin, that tweet obviously gave us the bio info on him. He’s 24 years old from Lake Worth, Florida. His occupation is: Lawyer. That means we’ve now got two lawyers on the show this season as one of the other castmembers Michael Bruner is also a lawyer. That could be an interesting dynamic if those two start chit chatting about that in the house.
Additionally, Big Brother Network is also reporting that there’s going to be a viewer vote twist that could possibly overthrow nominations for a couple of weeks. So, get ready for that to possibly go down this season.
As we previously reported, we’re getting 16 brand new castmembers this season. This season will feature a BB Motel theme that’s inspired by Palm Springs.
The big season 24 premiere of Big Brother is happening tonight, July 6, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time with a 90-minute, LIVE move-in event on CBS.
Alright, guys. That’s all the info we could round up for this latest,”Big Brother” TV show report, but definitely stay tuned for more.
