New The Equalizer Season 3 Spoilers For October 2, 2022 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed

Hey, “The Equalizer” fans. It’s that time again. You’re favorite CBS crime drama is about to start up its 3rd, new season tonight, October 2, 2022 with its brand new season premiere episode 1. So, we are back on here to let you guys know what you can expect to see play out in it.

We were able to scoop up an official teaser description for one of episode 1’s main storylines via the wonderful CBS people by way of their official episode 1 press release. So, we’re going to definitely see what it has to say right now. Let’s go.

First off, CBS revealed that this new episode 1 of The Equalizer’s new season 3 is officially labeled/titled, “Boom.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic emotional, possible action-filled and suspenseful scenes.

In the new episode 1, the aftermath of McCall’s abduction will be the main focus for this storyline that CBS chose to give up. Yep, it turns out that this brand new season 3 will pick up with the whole aftermath of McCall’s abduction, and we’re going to see the people closest to McCall end up banding together to save her for the first time ever. This will cause McCall’s family and vigilante life to start to merge.


CBS’ official description for episode 1 reads like this, “In the aftermath of her abduction, the walls between McCall’s family and vigilante life continue to crumble as those closest to her must come together for the first time to save her on the third season premiere of THE EQUALIZER.”

Episode 1 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Ed Moran as character (Bomb Squad Captain McGuire), Vinnie Todorov as character (Merc), Mario Mattei as character (Sketch Artist), Gabriel Bellotti as character (Guard #2), Patrick Millin as character (Merc #2), Cris Tucci as character (Guard), Nicole Chambliss as character (Uniformed Officer) and Gabe Doran as character (Bomb Squad Officer #1).

Episode 1 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Brett Dalton as character (Agent Carter Griffin), Gabriel Sloyer as character (Omar Delgado), Chris Vance as character (Mason Quinn) and Stephen Bishop as character (Miles Fulton).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 1 are: Queen Latifah as character (Robyn McCall), Tory Kittles as character (Detective Marcus Dante), Adam Goldberg as character (Harry Keshegian), Liza Lapira as character (Melody “Mel” Bayani), Laya DeLeon Hayes as character (Delilah) and Lorraine Toussaint as character (Viola “Vi” Marsette).

Episode 3 was written by Joseph C. Wilson, and it was directed by Eric Laneuville.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of The Equalizer’s new season 3 is indeed scheduled to make its big debut tonight, October 2, 2022 at approximately 7:30 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
