New SWAT Season 6 Spoilers For October 7, 2022 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed

Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. Welcome to the brand new season 6 of your favorite show. That’s right, guys. Today, October 7, 2022, is the day that SWAT will premiere the very first episode 1 of its brand new season 6, and we’ve got some spoilery things to reveal about it.

We were able to dig up an official teaser description for one of episode 1’s main storylines, courtesy of the wonderful CBS folks and their official episode 1 press release. So, we’re going to take a look at it and see what’s going down tonight.

First thing’s first. CBS let us know that this brand new episode 1 of SWAT’s new season 6 is officially labeled/titled,”Thai Hard.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very scandalous, intense, dramatic, action-filled, interesting and suspenseful scenes.

In the new episode 1, a scandalous heroin operation will be the main focus for this storyline that CBS chose to let loose. Yep, it turns out that Hondo will be in action with one of his former military buddies named Joe. They’re going to take a little trip over to Bangkok to train with a premiere SWAT team that’s located in Thailand.

Things will go very wrong for Hondo and his buddy during this trip as they will just so happen to run into a wide-ranging heroin operation that’s taking place with ties to Los Angeles. This little run-in will cause Hondo and Joe to have to run for their safety from a powerful drug kingpin!

CBS’ official description for episode 1 tells us, “During a trip to Bangkok to train alongside Thailand’s premiere S.W.A.T. team, Hondo and his former military buddy Joe (guest star Sean Maguire)
stumble upon a wide-ranging heroin operation with ties to Los Angeles and find themselves on the run from a powerful drug kingpin on the season premiere of S.W.A.T.”

An alternate description reads like this, “WHILE IN THAILAND, HONDO STUMBLES UPON AN ELABORATE HEROIN OPERATION THAT SENDS HIM ON THE RUN.” Sean Maguire Guest Stars as Joe, Hondo’s Former Military Buddy Who’s Now Working for an Elite U.N. Drug Unit.

Episode 1 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Rochelle Aytes as character (Nischelle), Otis “Odie” Gallop as character (Sgt. Stevens), Anna Enger Ritch as character (Powell), Sean Maguire as character (Joe), Calvin Clausell Jr. as character (Benny).

Season regulars continued: Mark Labella as character (Lek), Pasakorn Hoyhon as character (Thet), Nay Myo Thant as character (Zaw Min), Kanticha Chumma as character (Chintana), Nut Devahastin as character (Somchai), Pattarasuda Anuman as character (May), Sahajak Boonthanakit as character (Commander Niran) and Jonathan Holman as character (Yaza Than).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 1 are: Shemar Moore as character (Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson), Alex Russell as character (Jim Street), Jay Harrington as character (David “Deacon” Kay), Kenny Johnson as character (Dominique Luca), David Lim as character (Victor Tan) and Patrick St. Esprit as character (Commander Robert Hicks).

Episode 1 was written by Sarah Alderson, and it was directed by Billy Gierhart.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of SWAT’s new season 6 is indeed scheduled to make its big debut tonight, October 7, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
