SWAT Season 6 November 11, 2022 Episode 6 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. Unfortunately, we have some bad news to throw at you in this article. For some unknown reason, CBS has chosen not to air the next, new episode 6 of SWAT’s current season 6 tonight, November 11, 2022. That’s right, guys. We’ve hit a delay hump.
On a more positive note, we can tell you that this particular delay is just for tonight. We did get confirmation from CBS that they plan on airing the new episode 6 next Friday night, November 18, 2022 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to not forget that very important date and time.
We did find out what CBS is airing in place of the next, new episode 6 of SWAT’s current season 6 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is going to air a special titled, “The Greatest @Home Videos: Thanks & Giving.”
CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Country singer Luke Bryan joins host Cedric the Entertainer to help surprise heroes who went viral risking their lives during Hurricane Ian. Cedric shares his favorite fall videos filled with food, football, family, furry friends and more.”
If any of you guys find that particular special remotely enticing, you might still want to keep CBS on your watchlist tonight. If you only want to see new episodes of SWAT, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up as soon as you can for tonight.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we were able to round up a couple of new, official teaser scoops for the next, new episode 6 of SWAT’s current season 6 from CBS’ official episode 6 press release.
It revealed that this new episode 6 is officially labeled/titled,”Checkmate.”
CBS’ official description for episode 6 tells us,”When a cop on the verge of shutting down a major drug operation is abducted, Hondo and the squad race to save one of their own before it’s too late. Also, Luca grows concerned about sudden changes in Hicks’ behavior on S.W.A.T.”
An alternate description reads like this, “THE SQUAD RACES TO SAVE AN ABDUCTED COP WHO WAS ON THE VERGE OF SHUTTING DOWN A MAJOR DRUG OPERATION.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 6 of SWAT’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally make its way to your TV sets next Friday night, November 18, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
