The Rookie Season 5, December 11, 2022 Episode 10 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “The Rookie” fans. Unfortunately, we are back on here, right now, to inform you guys of some very bad news. It appears that your favorite ABC drama “The Rookie” has hit a delay wall right now. So, ABC will not be airing the next, new episode 10 of The Rookie’s current season 5 tonight, December 11, 2022. They’re also not going to air it for the rest of December 2022.
That’s right, guys. You won’t get to see another new episode of The Rookie until 2023. ABC has informed us that they plan to air the new episode 10 on Tuesday night, January 3, 2023 in the 7 pm central standard time slot. So, The Rookie will be getting a new night and time slot. Be sure to remember that very important info.
We did track down what ABC is airing in the vacant, The Rookie time slot tonight and next Sunday night. According to the TV guide listings, ABC is going to air the 2009, Avatar movie tonight. ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “On an alien planet, a former Marine (Sam Worthington) falls in love with a blue-skinned warrior (Zoe Saldana) and sides with her people against humankind’s encroachment on their lush world.”
Next, Sunday night, December 18, 2022, ABC is going to air the 1965 “Sound of Music” movie. ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “A novitiate (Julie Andrews) leaves her convent and becomes governess to Capt. Von Trapp’s (Christopher Plummer) seven children in Austria before World War II.”
After the December 18, 2022 date, you guys will need to check your local listings to see what ABC has cooked up for the vacant, Sunday night 9 pm central time slots.
If this alternate line of programming sounds enticing at all to any of you, you might still want to hit up ABC tonight and next Sunday night as you normally would. If you only want to see new episodes of The Rookie, you will most certainly want to get some other plans set up and get ready to switch to Tuesday nights.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we were able to track down some spoiler info for the next, new episode 10 of The Rookie’s current season 5. ABC released an official title and preview clip for it.
The official title for this new episode 10 is called, “The List.” The episode 10 preview clip reveals that episode 10 will be a part of a crossover event with its spin off show “The Rookie: Feds.” It will also feature some very intense scenes as a bank robbery takes place.
There’s an action-filled car chase that goes down. Gunshots are fired at some point. A couple of officers are stuck in a car that’s about to go off the side of a very high building and more! You guys can view the episode 10 preview clip for yourselves over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 10 of The Rookie’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally make it to your TV sets on Tuesday night, January 3, 2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
