Fire Country Season 1 March 17, 2023 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing For A While

Hey,”Fire Country” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some bad news for you in this report. Yeah, the CBS people are not serving up a new episode of Fire Country tonight, March 17, 2023. That’s right, guys. The next, new episode 17 of Fire Country’s current, premiere season 1 is getting put on the back burner tonight and next Friday night, March 24, 2023.

We’ve gotten official confirmation from CBS’ episode 17 press release that CBS plans to finally air the new episode 17 on Friday night, March 31, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to not forget that very important date and time.

In the meantime, we did find out what CBS is filling their primetime slots with tonight and next Friday night. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is providing LIVE coverage of the 2023 NCAA Men’s College Basketball Championships. Tonight, they’re covering two of the first round games.

CBS’ official description for their LIVE coverage ,tonight, reads like this, “2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First Round: Providence vs. Kentucky LIVE. The No. 6 Wildcats face the No. 11 Friars in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Kentucky has won eight national titles, the last in 2012. Wildcats All-American senior forward Oscar Tshiebwe averages 16.5 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.”

In tonight’s 8:30 pm central standard time slot, CBS is covering another first round game. They’re official description for it reads like this, “2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First Round: Montana State vs. Kansas State LIVE. The No. 3 Wildcats (23-9) play the No. 14 Bobcats (25-9) in the NCAA Tournament’s round of 64. Montana State is 17-2 in 2023 after capturing a second straight Big Sky title. Kansas State targets its first tourney win since an Elite Eight run in 2018.”

Next Friday night, March 24, 2023, CBS is going to serve up more LIVE coverage of this 2023 NCAA Men’s College Basketball Championships event. It will be one of the Regional Semifinal games. Their official description for next week’s coverge reads like this, “2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Regional Semifinal: Teams TBA LIVE. College basketball teams vie for the national championship.”

If any of you guys are into college basketball, this might not be such terrible news for you, and you might still tune into CBS tonight and next Friday night to catch these games. For those of you who are not college basketball fans and only want new episodes of Fire Country, you will certainly want to avoid CBS tonight and next Friday night for sure.

Spoiler Warning: We were able to get a hold of an official teaser description for the next, new episode 17 of Fire Country’s current season 1 via CBS’ episode 17 press release. It revealed that this new episode 17 is titled, “A Cry for Help.”

CBS’ official description for episode 17 reads like this, “An internal investigator suspects Jake of being the serial arsonist setting recent fires, so Bode and the crew take it upon themselves to investigate on FIRE COUNTRY.”

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of Fire Country’s current, premiere season 1 is scheduled to finally make it’s way to the air on Friday night, March 31, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
