New SWAT Season 6 March 17, 2023 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. Unfortunately, we have some terrible news to run by you guys in this article. We’ve learned that SWAT is currently getting ditched by CBS for 2 weeks. That’s right, guys. CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 17 of SWAT’s current season 6 tonight, March 17, 2023 and next Friday night, March 24, 2023.
We have official confirmation from CBS via their official episode 17 press release that CBS is planning to finally air the episode 17 on Friday night, March 31, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely look for the new episode 17 to finally arrive on that very important date.
So, here’s what CBS is airing in place of SWAT tonight and next Friday night. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is fulfilling their obligation to provide LIVE coverage of the 2023 NCAA Men’s College Basketball Championships. Tonight, CBS will be airing one of the first round games featuring the Providence Friars versus the Kentucky Wildcats.
CBS’ official description for their LIVE coverage of the college basketball game tonight reads like this, “2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First Round: Providence vs. Kentucky LIVE. The No. 6 Wildcats face the No. 11 Friars in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Kentucky has won eight national titles, the last in 2012. Wildcats All-American senior forward Oscar Tshiebwe averages 16.5 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.”
Next Friday night, March 24,2023, CBS is going to provide more LIVE coverage of the NCAA Men’s College Basketball Championships. This time, they’re going to air one of the Regional Semifinal games. CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Regional Semifinal: Teams TBA LIVE. College basketball teams vie for the national championship.”
If any of you guys happen to like College basketball, you might still want to stick with CBS tonight and next Friday night. If you don’t like college basketball and only want to see brand new episodes of SWAT, you will certainly want to take a break from CBS tonight and next Friday night.
Spoiler Warning: We did track down an official teaser description for the next, new episode 17 of SWAT’s current season 6 from CBS’ official episode 17 press release. It let us know that this new episode 17 is officially labeled/titled, “Stockholm.”
CBS’ official description for episode 17 reads like this, “SWAT teams up with the FBI to hunt one of its most-wanted fugitives. Also, Hondo and Nichelle are faced with an unexpected development in her pregnancy, on S.W.A.T.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of SWAT’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally show up on Friday night, March 31, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
