SWAT Season 6 April 14, 2023 Episode 19 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. Unfortunately, we have some bad news for you guys tonight. We’ve just learned that CBS is not airing a new episode of SWAT tonight, April 14, 2023. That’s right, guys. They are holding back the next, new episode 19 of SWAT’s current season 6 tonight, and they’re going to unleash it on you next week.
Yep, according to CBS’ official episode 19 press release, CBS plans to finally air the new episode 19 next Friday night, April 21, 2023 in its usual, 9 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be on the lookout for the new episode 19 next Friday night.
In the meantime, CBS is going to fill SWAT’s empty time slot with something tonight, and we did find out what that something is. According to the TV guide listings, CBS has a SWAT repeat episode all lined up and ready to go tonight. They’re re-airing the very first episode 1 of this season 6 titled, “Thai Hard.”
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode 1 of SWAT’s current season 6 reads like this, “During a trip to Bangkok to train alongside Thailand’s premiere S.W.A.T. team, Hondo and his former military buddy stumble upon a wide-ranging heroin operation with ties to Los Angeles and find themselves on the run from a powerful drug kingpin.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode when it originally aired, or if you just wouldn’t mind watching it again, you might still want to flip on CBS tonight to check it out. On the other hand, if you have no desire to watch any repeat episodes of SWAT, you will certainly want to ditch CBS tonight at that time and check back next Friday night.
Spoiler Warning: We were able to hunt down a new, official teaser description for the next, new episode 19 of SWAT’s current season 6 by way of CBS’ official episode 19 press release. It let us know that this new episode 19 is officially labeled/titled,”Bunkies.”
CBS’ official description for episode 19 reads like this, “The team races to uncover the identities of kidnappers holding a prison guard’s family hostage before it’s too late. Also, Tan is faced with a difficult personal decision on S.W.A.T.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 19 of SWAT’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally make its arrival to the air next Friday night, April 21, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
