New Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 April 27, 2023 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Grey’s Anatomy” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back on here to give you some bad news this time. Yeah, the ABC people have some other things in mind tonight. So, they are not airing a new episode of Grey’s Anatomy tonight, April 27, 2023. You will have to wait a little bit longer to see the next, new episode 17 of Grey’s Anatomy’s current season 19.
The good news is you won’t have to wait a super long time to see the new episode 17. According to ABC’s official episode 17 press release, ABC plans to finally air the new episode 17 as early as next Thursday night, May 4, 2023. It will air in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be on the lookout for the new episode 17 next week.
With all that said, we do know why ABC is not airing Grey’s Anatomy tonight. According to the TV guide listings, ABC has abandoned its entire, regular primetime line up ,tonight, to provide LIVE coverage of the 2023 NFL Football Draft round 1.
ABC’s official description for their 2023 NFL Draft LIVE coverage reads like this,”2023 NFL Draft Round 1 LIVE.A panel of ABC analysts break down the first picks in the 2023 draft. From Union Station in Kansas City, Mo.”
If any of you guys happen to be NFL football fans on the off chance, you might still want to hit ABC tonight to see the new players that are getting drafted into the league. If none of this NFL football stuff interests you at all, and you only want to see brand new episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, you will certainly want to ditch ABC tonight and just check back next Thursday night.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we did get a hold of an official teaser description for the next, new episode 17 of Grey’s Anatomy’s current season 19 by way of ABC’s official episode 19 press release. It’s telling us that this new episode 17 is officially titled, “Come Fly With Me.”
ABC’s official description for this new episode 17 reads like this, “Teddy calls an emergency meeting to discuss the intern program. Link wrestles with his own self-doubt as he preps for a massive surgery, and Nick shares some much-needed guidance with a struggling Lucas.”
Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of Grey’s Anatomy’s current season 19 is scheduled to finally hit the air next Thursday night, May 4, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
