60 Minutes July 26, 2023 Special Repeat Episode Airing. Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We’re back to let you know that CBS is serving up another episode of 60 Minutes tonight, July 26, 2023. Yep, they don’t usually air 60 Minutes episodes on Wednesday nights, but they are this time for some unknown reason. This episode of 60 Minutes will not be a new episode though. It’s going to be a repeat episode that’s filled with segments that have aired in the past.
CBS served up a new press release for tonight’s July 26, 2023 repeat episode. So, we’re going to use it to give you guys a little preview session for it. Let’s get to it.
The first description for tonight’s, July 26, 2023 repeat episode reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “THE POWER OF GRIMSBY.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “With a combined threat of climate change and the ongoing war in Ukraine triggering a possible global energy crisis, clean and renewable energy is having a moment.
60 MINUTES travels to the old fishing town of Grimsby, England, where the world’s largest offshore wind farm now powers millions of homes a day in the U.K. Correspondent Sharyn Alfonsi looks at how the wind turbines work, the growing industry of offshore wind and how the once distressed town of Grimsby has evolved into the new offshore clean energy powerhouse of Europe.”
The second description reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “LOURDES.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Bill Whitaker reports from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, a Marian shrine in Southern France and the site of 70 medical miracles recognized by the Catholic Church.
60 MINUTES goes inside the Lourdes Office of Medical Observations, where world-renowned doctors and researchers conduct decade-long investigations into the dozens of claims of miraculous cures made every year. They determine which cases can be medically explained and which cannot.”
The 3rd and last description for tonight’s July 26, 2023 repeat episode lets us know that CBS is re-airing a segment titled, “THE SOUTH DAKOTA KID.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Jon Wertheim profiles Shane Van Boening, the top-ranked pool player in the world for 2022, and explores how pool is trying to shed its rambling, gambling image and thrive as a proper professional sport.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed any of these segments when they originally aired, you might still want to hit up CBS tonight to check out this repeat episode. If you did already see these segments and have no desire to watch them again, you will certainly want to find something else to watch tonight.
Again, CBS confirmed that 60 Minutes will be a repeat episode tonight, July 26, 2023, and it’s hitting your TV sets, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
