Hey, “Jimmy Kimmel LIVE” fans. Unfortunately, we are back on here to let you guys know that ABC is still being forced to air nothing but repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE all this week, September 18-22, 2023 due to the ongoing WGA writers strike.
The latest updates on the strike are telling us that the WGA writers union is scheduled to have another meeting with the studios as early as this Wednesday, September 20, 2023 to see if they can finally reach an agreement and end this strike. So, cross your fingers for that to happen.
In the meantime, we’ve got another ABC press release, which reveals all the repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE that ABC is going to air this week. So, we’re going to reveal all of those to you right now. Let’s get to it.
Tonight, September 18, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on February 24, 2023. It featured appearances from: actor Tom Cruise promoting “Top Gun: Maverick” movie. Camila Morrone promoting “Daisy Jones & The Six.“ Musical Guest Walk off the Earth.
On Tuesday night, September 19, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on November 4, 2021. It featured appearances from: pro tennis player Serena Williams promoting “King Richard” movie. Musical Guest J. Balvin.
On Wednesday night, September 20, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on January 22, 2023. It featured appearances from: actor Colin Farrell promoting “The Gentlemen.” Dave Salmoni promoting “Puppy Bowl.” Musical Guest The Weeknd.
On Thursday night, September 21, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on September 19, 2022. It featured appearances from actor Johnny Knoxville promoting “Reboot.” Actress Olivia Cooke promoting “House of the Dragon” TV show. Musical Guests Blackpink.
On Friday night, September 22, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on January 8, 2020. It featured appearances from: actor John Cena promoting “Dolittle.” RuPaul promoting “AJ and the Queen.” Musical Guest Dermot Kennedy.
If any of you guys happened to have missed any of those repeat episode of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE during their original airing, you might still want to flip on ABC during the late nights this week to check those out. If you did already see these repeat episodes, and have no desire to watch them again, you will certainly want to avoid ABC during the late nights this week.
