New Chicago Med Season 9 January 17, 2024 Premiere Episode 1 Spoilers Revealed
Hey, “Chicago Med” fans. Welcome to the brand new season 9. That’s right, guys. The new season 9 of Chicago Med is going to finally start up tonight, January 17, 2024 with the premiere episode 1, and we’ve got some new spoiler information for it to run by you guys.
We were able to round up a couple of new, official teaser scoops for this new episode 1 straight from the NBC people by way of their official episode 1 press release. So, we will certainly dip into it for this spoiler session. Let’s get to it.
First thing’s first. We’ve got an official title for this new episode 1 of Chicago Med season 9. The writers decided to name this one, “ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT ON A ROCKY SEA.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very intense, dramatic, suspenseful, action-filled, interesting and emotional scenes as the E.D. gets overcrowded. Dr. Charles has a certain feeling of certainty. Second thoughts creep up for someone and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the overcrowded E.D. situation. Yep, it turns out that a vicious crash will take place in this episode, and it will cause the E.D. to get totally flooded/overcrowded with a ton of patients. In response to this madness, we will see the entire hospital team get pulled in to offer up some assistance.
NBC’s official description for this overcrowded E.D. plotline tells us, “When the E.D. is flooded with patients from a crash, the entire team is pulled in to help.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Dr. Charles will be in action at some point, and he will apparently have a weird feeling that he knows who the new E.D. who is attending will be.
NBC’s description for Dr. Charles’ weird feeling scenario reads like this, “Dr. Charles can’t shake the feeling that he knows the new E.D. attending.”
The 3rd and last teaser spoiler for this new episode 1 lets us know that we’ll see Dr. Dean Archer in action at some point. During his latest scene, he will be in the midst of experiencing second thoughts a day before he is supposed to get his kidney transplant.
NBC’s description for Dr. Archer’s second thoughts storyline reads like this, “Dr. Archer has second thoughts on the eve of his kidney transplant.”
NBC’s press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of Chicago Med’s new season 9 is indeed scheduled to finally hit your TV screens tonight, January 17, 2024, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time. Tonight’s new episode is a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 8 pm central standard time.
