New 20/20 February 9, 2024 Two Hour Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “20/20” fans. We’re back in your faces to let you know that another new installment of 20/20 is headed your way tonight, February 9, 2024. That’s right, guys. Tonight’s new episode will be the 16th one for 20/20’s current season 46, and we’ve got some new preview information for it.
ABC put out an official press release for tonight’s new, February 9, 2024 edition. So, we will certainly take a look at it for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
For starters. We’ve got an official title for this new episode 16 of 20/20 season 46. It’s called, “Sealed With A Kill.” In tonight’s new, February 9,2024 episode 16, the 20/20 team will take a deep look at a story about a Texas man named Erik Maund.
He’s a prominent, wealthy auto executive who had an affair with an escort named Holly Williams while on a trip to Nashville. He thought there would be no consequences, but he was eventually extorted for $25,000 dollars by Holly’s partner Bill Lanway. Lanway threatened to expose Erik’s affair with Holly to his family.
Then, on March 12, 2020, Holly Williams and Lanway were both found shot to death and left in an abandoned car in Nashville in what appears to be a murder-for-hire plot.
This episode will feature an inside look at the investigation into a dangerous conspiracy that involved private security operatives with elite military experience. It will feature never-before-seen surveillance video and footage of the FBI’s undercover sting that busted this case wide open.
ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. It features interviews with: detectives David Willover and Patrick Cuthbertson of the Metro Nashville Police Department, who started the investigation into the murders; FBI Special Agent David Som, who coordinated the sting operation that led to the suspects’ arrests; federal prosecutors Robert McGuire and Brooke Farzad, who successfully convicted all of the defendants; Chad Brockway, brother of one of the convicted men; and Daniel Kash, friend of one of the men involved in the scheme. Additional interviews include friends of Holly Williams and Bill Lanway.
ABC’s official description for tonight’s new, February 9, 2024 episode 16 of Dateline NBC season 46 reads like this, “An inside look at an undercover investigation involving conspiracy, escorts and murder for hire.”
ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 16 of 20/20’s current season 46 is indeed scheduled to hit your TV screens tonight, February 9, 2024, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time. It will be a 2-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
