We were able to track down an official teaser description for one of episode 8’s main storylines via NBC’s official episode 8 press release synopsis. So, we will dig into it right now. Let’s go.
First thing’s first. We’ve got an official title for this new episode 8 of Law & Order season 23. The writers decided to go with the name, “Facade.” It sounds like episode 8 will feature some very scandalous, intense, dramatic and interesting scenes.
In this new episode 8, the death of a comic case will be the main focus of this storyline that NBC chose to reveal. Yep, it turns out that Shaw and Riley will be in action to run an investigation for the death of a comic, which took place during a subway altercation.
A suspect is eventually arrested, and Baxter insists that they increase the charges even though Price is apprehensive to do that. This case eventually gets thrown into question during the trial due to a new witness who has arrived on the scene.
NBC’s official description for this new episode 8 of Law & Order season 23 reads like this, “Shaw and Riley investigate the death of a comic after a subway altercation; when a suspect is arrested, Baxter insists they increase the charges despite Price’s apprehension. At trial, a new witness comes forward to throw the case into question.”
NBC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 8 of Law & Order’s current season 23 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, March 21, 2024, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
