New The Simpsons Season 35, April 28, 2024 Episode 16 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “The Simpsons” fans. Unfortunately, we’re on here with some more bad news for you guys. It turns out that for some unknown reason, FOX has decided not to air a new episode of The Simpsons tonight, April 28, 2024. That’s right, guys. The next, new episode 16 is being held hostage for a week.
According to FOX’s official episode 16, FOX plans to finally deliver the next, new episode 16 next Sunday night, May 5, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely keep your eyes peeled for the new episode 16 to show up next week.
In the meantime, FOX has decided to just throw up a repeat episode of The Simpsons in that 7 pm central time slot tonight. According to the TV guide listings, they’re re-airing the 11th episode of this season 35 titled, “Frinkenstein’s Monster.”
FOX’s official description for this repeat episode 11 of The Simpsons season 35 reads like this, “Professor Frink secretly helps Homer land a high-level position at a state-of-the-art nuclear plant. Since Homer lacks the skills to actually perform the job, Frink comes to fear he’s created a monster.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode when it originally hit the air, you might want to still hang with FOX tonight to check it out. If you did already see that repeat episode and only want some new stuff, you will definitely want to make some alternate plans for the 7 pm slot tonight, and check back next Sunday night.
Again, FOX confirmed that the next, new episode 16 of The Simpsons’ current season 35 is scheduled to finally make its arrival next Sunday night, May 5, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot.
