60 Minutes August 25, 2024 Repeat Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We’re back in action to let you know that another 60 Minutes repeat episode is heading your way tonight, August 25, 2024. We do have some preview information for this repeat episode just in case some of you guys didn’t see it the first time around.
Also, as a reminder, new episodes of 60 Minutes are currently scheduled to start back up when the new season 57 premieres on September 22, 2024. Remember that important date if you can.
The CBS people were kind enough to put out an official press release for tonight’s repeat installment. So, we’re going to certainly reference it for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
This repeat episode will feature a total of two segments that previously aired in past episodes. The first one is titled, “A WEB OF INTRIGUE.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “As Spain fights for the extradition of a U.S. Marine veteran claiming he broke into the North Korean embassy in Madrid, correspondent Sharyn Alfonsi interviews the man at the center: Christopher Ahn.
Ahn says the goal of the 2019 mission was to free the North Koreans working in the embassy. He details the legal hurdles he’s now facing at home and abroad as the FBI warns his life is in danger. This is a double-length segment.”
The second and final repeat segment for tonight’s episode is titled, “NOVAK DJOKOVIC.” CBS’ description for it reads like this, “A few weeks after winning a gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, 37-year-old Novak Djokovic is one of the most dominant athletes in professional sports, having captured 24 major tennis singles titles, more than his longtime rivals Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.
He is now considered the greatest men’s tennis player of all time. Correspondent Jon Wertheim goes inside the mind of the record-breaking star in his hometown of Belgrade, Serbia, and speaks with him about his vaccination controversy at the Australian Open, his work promoting tennis player equity and the reason why he plans to stay on the court.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that 60 Minutes is hitting the air with another repeat episode tonight, August 25, 2024 in the 6:30 pm central standard time slot, or after CBS’ LIVE coverage of the NFL pre-season football game, featuring the Arizona Cardinals vs the Denver Broncos. Whichever comes first. Tonight’s 60 Minutes repeat episode will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
