New Law & Order SVU November 28 & December 5 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” fans. Unfortunately, we have some very bad news to tell you right now. Your favorite show is going on a pretty long break, starting tonight, November 28, 2024. Yep, it turns out that last week’s episode 8 was the Fall finale episode of this current season 26.
According to one of our sources, NBC doesn’t plan to finally air the new episode 9 until Thursday night, January 16, 2025 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to memorize that very important date and time if you can.
In the meantime, we did get a hold of what NBC is airing in place of Law & Order: SVU tonight. According to the TV Guide listings, NBC is going to provide LIVE coverage of an NFL football game tonight.
NBC’s official description for their LIVE coverage of this NFL Football game reads like this, “NFL Football Miami Dolphins at Green Bay Packers Live. The Dolphins hit the road for a Thanksgiving night game against the Packers. Miami has won three in a row. Green Bay has won six of its past seven after hammering San Francisco 38-10. The Pack are 15-20-2 on the holiday, while the Fins are 5-2.”
Next Thursday night, December 5, 2024, NBC is going to air a repeat episode of Law & Order: SVU. It will be the very first premiere episode 1 of last season 25 titled, “Tunnel Blind.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “As the squad celebrates the birth of Rollins and Carisi’s child, another child goes missing in broad daylight.”
After the December 5, 2024 date, you guys will need to check your local listings to see what NBC will serve up on Thursday nights until the January 16, 2025 date rolls around.
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 26 is scheduled to finally show up on your TV sets next Thursday night, December 5, 2024 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
