New The Equalizer December 15 & 22 Episode 8 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “The Equalizer” fans. Unfortunately, we have some very bad news for you guys in this article. It turns out that the last episode 7, which aired last Sunday night, December 8, 2024, was indeed the Fall finale episode of this current season 5 of The Equalizer. That means CBS is not airing the next, new episode 8 tonight, December 15, 2024 and for many more Sunday nights to come.
According to one of our sources, CBS doesn’t plan to air the new episode 8 until Sunday night, February 16, 2025. During that time, it will air in the 9 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to remember that very important date and time if you can.
In the meantime, we did take a look at what CBS is going to serve up in The Equalizer’s empty time slot tonight and next Sunday night. According to the TV Guide listings, CBS is going to air a new musical special called, “An Evening With Dua Lipa” tonight.
CBS’ official description for this musical special reads like this, “Dua Lipa performs her greatest hits, accompanied by the 53-piece Heritage Orchestra conducted by Ben Foster, a 14-strong choir and her seven-piece band with guest Elton John.” It will air in the 7:30 pm central standard time slot.
In tonight’s 9 pm central time slot, CBS is going to air a repeat episode of NCIS. It will be the 9th episode for its season 21 titled, “Prime Cut.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “After discovering the remains of a Marine captain, the NCIS team travels to Texas to interrogate the suspected killer.”
Next Sunday night, December 22, 2024, CBS is going to air an awards show titled, “The 47th Annual Kennedy Center Honors.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Entertainers receive recognition at the annual ceremony; the year’s honorees are filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola, rock band the Grateful Dead, singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt, composer Arturo Sandoval and iconic American institution The Apollo.” It will air in the 7:30 pm central standard time slot.
After the December 22, 2024 date, you guys will need to check your local listings to see what CBS has got lined up to air in the Equalizer’s empty time slot until that February 16, 2025 date gets here.
Again, it’s been unofficially confirmed by one of our sources that the next, new episode 8 of The Equalizer’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air on Sunday night, February 16, 2025 in the 9 pm central standard time slot.
