New 48 Hours December 21 Episode Preview Reveals New Clues In Old Murder And More
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We’re back with another new preview session for you guys. In this one, we’re going to talk about what you can expect to see in the next, new episode 12 of 48 Hours’ current season 37, which is due to hit the air tonight, December 21, 2024.
CBS put out an official press release for this new episode 12. So, we will certainly unpack it for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
First thing’s first. There is an official title for this new episode 12. It’s called, “The Search for JonBenét’s Killer.” In this new episode 12, the 48 Hours team is going to take another deep look at the murder case for the young, six year old girl JonBenet Ramsey, which took place 28 years ago back in 1996. The case is still unsolved.
Erin Moriarty will handle the reporting duties for this second look at this case. She will take a look at some fresh perspectives and new clues that have popped up. JonBenet Ramsey’s father John Ramsey will also be interviewed in this episode. He will talk about what he thinks may have happened that terrible night, and he will also express his determination to clear his family’s name and keep this search for the killer going.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 12 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “Nearly 28 years after the murder of JonBenét Ramsey, the case remains unsolved. Now, in a gripping new 48 HOURS, correspondent Erin Moriarty dives into the case she’s covered since 1999, uncovering fresh perspectives and exploring new clues.
In the hour, John Ramsey, JonBenét’s father, reveals his theory of the crime. He believes the killer broke in and was hiding in the house while the family went out for Christmas dinner. Ramsey also expresses his determination to clear his family’s name and keep the search for justice alive.”
An alternate description tells us, “NEW CLUES IN THE HUNT TO FIND JONBENÉT RAMSEY’S KILLER? HER FATHER THINKS HE KNOWS WHAT CAN SOLVE THE CASE.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 12 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, December 21, 2024 in the 9 pm central standard time slot. It will be a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
