New Dateline NBC January 24 Episode Delayed, Preempted. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Dateline NBC” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some terrible news for you in this article. Yep, it turns out that the NBC people are not airing a new episode of Dateline NBC tonight, January 24, 2025 due to some other TV obligations that they have signed up for.
On a much brighter note, the TV Guide people are currently telling us that NBC is scheduled to air another new episode of Dateline NBC next Friday night, January 31, 2025 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly remember that important date and time if you can.
In the meantime, we did find out what NBC is dishing up instead of a new Dateline NBC episode tonight. According to the TV Guide listings, NBC has literally cleared out their entire Friday night line up to provide live coverage for the Women’s US Figure Skating Championships.
NBC’s official description for their LIVE coverage of the figure skating championships event reads like this, “Figure Skating. U.S. Championships: Women’s Free Skate Live From Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kan.”
If any of you guys happen to be fans of Women’s figure skating, you might still want to tune into NBC tonight to check out their LIVE coverage of it. If you only want to watch a new episode of Dateline NBC and nothing else, you will certainly want to make some alternate plans for tonight as soon as you can. Then, check back next Friday night.
Again, it’s been confirmed by TV Guide that Dateline NBC is not airing tonight, January 24, 2025, but it’s scheduled to return with a new episode next Friday night, January 31, 2025 in the 8 pm central standard time slot.
