The 48 Hours March 22 Episode Is Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
It’s officially confirmed that CBS is not going to air a new episode of 48 Hours tonight, March 22, 2025. We’re not sure why CBS has gone this route. We just know that this is what they’ve decided to do for whatever reason.
The people over at TV Guide are telling us that CBS is expected to resume airing new episodes of 48 Hours as early as next Saturday night, March 29, 2025 in the usual, 9 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly look for the next, new episode of 48 Hours to pop up next week.
TV Guide also revealed that CBS is going to air a repeat episode of 48 Hours tonight, March 22, 2025. It will be the 31st episode of this season 37 titled, “The Puzzling Death of Susann Sills.” It originally aired back on May 18, 2024.
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode of 48 Hours reads like this, “When the wife of a fertility doctor is found dead, the initial investigation reveals evidence consistent with an accidental fall, but other evidence points to something more sinister.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed that repeat episode of 48 Hours when it originally aired, you might still want to flip on CBS tonight to check it out. If you won’t settle for anything other than a new episode of 48 Hours, you will certainly want to skip CBS tonight and check back next Saturday night.
Again, TV Guide is reporting that 48 Hours will be a repeat episode tonight, March 22, 2025, but CBS is scheduled to air another new episode next Saturday night, March 29, 2025. They will both air in the 9 pm central standard time slot.
