Black Lightning Season 4, March 22, 2021 Episode 7 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Black Lightning” fans. Unfortunately, we had to hop on here, real quick, to inform you of some very bad news we’ve just learned. Apparently, The CW will not be airing the next, new episode 7 of Black Lightning’s current season 4 tonight, March 22, 2021.
This news does get a lot worse because we have official confirmation from The CW that they won’t be showing the new episode 7 for a while. It’s currently scheduled to finally hit the airwaves on Monday night, April 12,2021 in its usual 8 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely make sure that you have something to remind you of that very important date and time, or that you don’t forget it.
We did find out what The CW is airing instead of the next, new episode 7 of Black Lightning’s current season 4 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, The CW will be airing a repeat episode of Black Lightning. It will be the 5th episode of this season 4 titled,”The Book of Ruin: Chapter One.”
The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “Gambi (James Remar) supports Black Lightning (Cress Williams) as he departs on a special mission. Meanwhile, Grace (Chantal Thuy) tries to persuade Anissa (Nafessa Williams) to let her guard down.”
If any of you guys are up for watching this Black Lightning, repeat episode, you might still want to watch The CW as you normally would at that time tonight.
If you don’t want to see anything but the new episode 7, you will certainly want to get something else lined up to replace that Black Lightning void in your life ,tonight, and for the next couple of weeks until that magical, April 12, 2021 date gets here.
Spoiler Warning: We were able to track down some spoiler info for the next, new episode 7 of Black Lightning’s current season 4 for those of you who are interested in that sort of thing. The CW revealed an official title for it and a preview clip. So, we’re going to tell you about that stuff right now.
First off, the official title for episode 7 is called, “Painkiller.” As for the new episode 7 preview clip, it features some very intense scenes that shows Khalil and his alter ego Painkiller in serious action.
Khalil is seen explaining that he thought he had Painkiller under control, but he found a way out. The clip caps off with Khalil saying that Painkiller “will always be apart of me.”

Again, The CW confirmed that the next, new episode 7 of Black Lightning’s current season 4 is scheduled to finally air on Monday night, April 12, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
