The Bachelorette November 2, 2021 Eliminated Peter, LT, Spencer & Mollique (Recap)

Hey,”Bachelor Nation” fans. Tonight, November 2, 2021, another new episode of The Bachelorette 2021 edition with headliner Michelle Young, and some more gentlemen did get sent packing when it was all said and done.

Tonight’s episode kicked off with the guys still trying to figure out who lied to Michelle about them questioning her character. Then, co-host Kaitlyn Bristowe showed up to give the guys their first date card of this episode.

Martin, LT, Olumide, Spencer, Clayton, Nayte, Joe, Rick, Will, and Peter went on a group date with Michelle. “Top Gun: Maverick” movie stars Glen Powell and Jay Ellis showed up to give the men some challenges. These challenges included them doing push ups and sparring to knock each other off a platform.

The guys also had to take a fast-spinning ride on a g-force simulator while saying how they felt about Michelle. At one point, Martin talked to Michelle to see how she was doing. Michelle told Martin, “I appreciate you telling me, ‘you got this’ at the last rose ceremony.”

Peter talked about his beef with Will again. He told the private cams, “I want to take Will out if he keeps running his mouth.”

At the end of all the group date events, Will was proclaimed the overall winner of all these challenges. He won a Top Gun jacket, and Michelle ended up taking him on car ride. So, they got to spend some extra time alone. They kissed during this car ride.

During the group date afterparty, Michelle talked with Clayton. She told Clayton, “I love seeing your personality come out.” Michelle told the private cams, “Clayton makes me smile and laugh. That’s what I’m looking for.” Michelle and Clayton kissed at one point.

Michelle talked with Nayte, and they kissed. Michelle talked with Joe. Joe told Michelle, “I just wanted to see what I can do to make you feel better.” Michelle told Joe, “You have a quiet confidence about you, and I like that.” Then, they kissed.

Elsewhere, Will and Peter were seen arguing some more. Michelle talked with Martin. Michelle told Martin,”You have so many layers and depth to you,” and they kissed.

At one point, Will went to talk 1 on 1 with Michelle. When he did, Peter went and threw Will’s Top Gun jacket into the pool. The other guys told Will what Peter did. They encouraged Will to just stay chill so Michelle doesn’t get upset. Michelle gave Martin the group date rose. Will decided not to tell Michelle what Peter did so he wouldn’t get Michelle upset.

Michelle took Martin to do some dancing. Meanwhile, Will pulled his Top Gun jacket out of the pool.

Next, we saw footage of Rodney and Michelle’s 1 on 1 date. They went to play a game of Truth Or Dare. During it, Rodney ended up feeding Michelle food at a restaurant kitchen while she was blindfolded, and she had to guess what food item she was being fed.

They also opened huge, gift-wrapped boxes while handcuffed to each other until they found the key to unlock themselves. Rodney was dared to strip naked and run around. He did end up doing it. So, that was quite hilarious.

During the second half of their date, Michelle and Rodney talked. Rodney told her his biggest fear is to pass away before becoming a husband and father. Eventually, they kissed. Michelle told the private cams, “Rodney chipped away at the friend zone and into the relationship zone.”

Michelle told Rodney, “You have a playful side, and I Like that.” Rodney told Michelle, “You make it easy for me to be myself and open up.” Rodney talked about his mother and how much of a good influence she was on him. Michelle talked about how her past relationship went wrong. Apparently, her previous partner wasn’t sensitive to her feelings.

Rodney also talked about his past relationship, and he said he experienced the same thing. From there, they kissed. Michelle told Rodney, “I don’t see you as an underdog,” and she gave him a rose. Then, they kissed again.

Next up, Jamie, Leroy, Chris G., Casey, Mollique, Chris S., Brandon, and Romeo went on a group date with Michelle. During it, spoken-word poet Rudy Francisco showed up to tell the guys that they were being challenged to write poems of their own to reveal something very deep about themselves.

Michelle said Brandon J’s poem was powerful. Jamie said he lost his book,so he didn’t tell a poem. He just told them a story about a girl traveling down a road or something. Nobody understood it. Michelle also wrote a poem and read it to the guys. Apparently, it revealed that she was alienated when she was growing up due to her skin color.

During the afterparty, Michelle talked 1 on 1 with Brandon J. Brandon J told Michelle, “Your poem was so moving because I’ve gone through similar experiences.” Michelle told Brandon J, “I’m attracted to your looks and your mind,” and they kissed.

Michelle talked with Jamie. Jamie told Michelle he also related to her poem because he’s been through similar experiences. Michelle told Jamie, “I like that,” and they kissed. Michelle ended up giving Brandon J the group date rose.

Jamie told the private cams, “None of the other guys are on my level. I can’t believe I’m even competing with these guys. I honestly thought there would be a better group of guys here.”

During the cocktail party, Michelle talked with Nayte. Nayte told Michelle, “Everytime I’m with you, I have a great time.” Then, they started running. Once they stopped, they talked some more. Michelle told Nayte, “I feel like we balance each other out, and I trust you.” Then, they kissed.

Michelle talked with Rick. This is when things got real interesting because Rick told Michelle, “I don’t know who told you that the guys were questioning your character, but I can tell that it’s not true. I’ve spoken with all the guys, personally, and I can tell that never came up.” Then, Michelle told Rick that it was Jamie who told her the lie.

After that, all hell broke loose. Rick went and told the rest of the guys that Jamie was the culprit who told Michelle that the guys had questioned her character. From there, they confronted Jamie about it. He tried to play it off that he didn’t mean to imply that all the guys where questioning her integrity,and that he just told her a rumor was going around and it’s taking on a life of its own.

Nayte called Jamie out on his BS saying that there was no rumor going around. Eventually, all the guys banded together to tell Jamie he manipulated Michelle and didn’t fess up to it when he was given the chance to admit what he did.

Then, Michelle came down. Jamie tried to tell Michelle that he didn’t specifically mention any names during their conversation, but that there was a rumor that could get out of control. Michelle wasn’t buying what Jamie was pitching. She straight up told Jamie that he was the one creating the rumor, which caused her to think all the guys were questioning her.

After that, Michelle took Jamie outside for 1 on 1 chit chat. During it, Michelle told Jamie, “Your actions created this doubt. I feel like our trust was completely broken. Your info was not accurate. You put that story out there. That’s not protecting me. I’m very hurt by you. I don’t trust you, and I should walk you out.”

From there, Michelle told the rest of the guys that she sent Jamie packing and canceled the rest of the cocktail party.

During the rose ceremony, Michelle gave: Joe, Rick, Leroy, Nayte, Casey, Chris G., Chris S., Clayton, Olumide and Romeo a rose to join Will, Martin, Rodney, and Brandon J who received roses earlier in the episode.

That means poor Peter, LT, Spencer, and Mollique got their walking papers to join Jamie who got booted during the cocktail party. And that was tonight’s show, guys.

The next, new episode for the Bachelorette 2021 edition with headliner Michelle Young is scheduled to air next Tuesday night, November 9, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
