Law & Order SVU Season 23, November 18, 2021 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” fans. It’s that time of the year again where we have to jump on here and deliver some very bad news. Your favorite NBC drama Law & Order: SVU is currently in delay mode for a pretty good while. That means NBC will not be airing the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 23 tonight, November 18, 2021.
NBC also won’t be airing the new episode 9 next Thursday night, November 25, 2021 or the Thursday after that, December 2, 2021. NBC confirmed that they will be airing the new episode 9 on Thursday night, December 9, 2021 in its usual 8 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to not forget that very important date and time.
We did take a look at what NBC will be airing instead of the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 23 tonight and next Thursday night. Tonight, they will be airing a repeat episode of Law & Order: SVU. This repeat episode will be the 3rd episode of this season 23 titled, “I THOUGHT YOU WERE ON MY SIDE” REPEAT.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Benson and Rollins must contend with the FBI and the Organized Crime bureau when a rape victim identifies a dangerous mobster as her assailant.”
Then, next Thursday night, November 25, 2021, NBC will be airing LIVE coverage of an NFL Football game between the Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints. NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “The Saints and Bills play a post-Thanksgiving dinner game in the Big Easy. New Orleans has won five straight meetings with Buffalo last prevailing in the series in 1998. New Orleans is 1-2 at home in 2021, beating Tampa Bay 36-27 in Week 8.”
As for Thursday night, December 2, 2021, we don’t currently have that primetime schedule yet. So, you guys will need to check your local listings when that date rolls around to see what NBC has planned out for that night.
Usually, in an article like this, we would have some spoiler scoops for the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 23, but NBC has not served up the official press release for it yet, so we’ve got nothing at the moment. The only info we were able to track down for the new episode 9 is the official title. It will be called, “People vs Richard Wheatley.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 23 is scheduled to finally hit the air on Thursday night, December 9, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
