Top critics gave new ‘Case 39’ movie very negative reviews so far. Paramount Vantage released their new horror flick “Case 39” into theaters today,and the top critics don’t seem to be to impressed with it so far. Right now,only three reviews are in,so it might pick up some steam later on. The movie stars: Renée Zellweger, Jodelle Ferland, Ian McShane, Bradley Cooper, Kerry O’Malley, Callum Keith Rennie, Adrian Lester, Georgia Craig, and Cynthia Stevenson.
Ian Nathan at Empire gave it a C- rating . He stated, “Manages to be both very silly and highly forgettable. Only for those who collect killer-children films.” Jordan Mintzer at Variety gave it a very bad D rating . He said, “This ludicrous outing from helmer Christian Alvart “Pandorum” and scribe Ray Wright “The Crazies” takes its psycho-satanic babble much too seriously, and should elicit more laughs than frights.”
Leigh Paatsch at the New York Post gave it an extremely bad F rating. He said, “This movie is so self- combustingly bad it could never be good.
