New Star Trek 3 Plot Spoilers & Filming Details Revealed By Director
According to a new report from Comicbookmovie.com, some new spoiler and filming details for the upcoming “Star Trek 3” action flick has been revealed by director, Robert Orci, via the Trek Movie website. They report that the first draft of the script has been completed and pre-production has already started with, “‘pre-vis,’ early effects tests, set and wardrobe design and even some casting discussions for new characters.”
The movie will likely start up production in mid-February 2015 as Paramount Pictures is eyeing a Summer 2016 release date. The exact release date is expected to get officially announced pretty soon. As for the plot spoilers, they claim it will be set “well into” the five year mission that Captain Kirk and his crew set out on at the conclusion of Star Trek 2 flick, and we won’t be seeing any Earth action in this one.
