New Fortnite Season 7, Week 1 Challenges And Tips Revealed
Happy Sunday, “Fortnite” fans. We’ve got some new season 7 challenge reveals and tips for you guys in today’s special report. These tips come from the guys over at Cnet.com. They revealed that there’s another Battle Pass that’s full of rewards with 100 new tiers to unlock. The biggest prize for season 7 is the Ice King skin. However, they revealed that there’s a lot of other things you’re going to want to collect along with instructions on how to complete the challenges to get them.
They said this week’s challenges are pretty standard. So, with no further ado, the challenges for this week are: Pick up an item of each rarity (0/5),Dance in different forbidden locations (0/7) and Play matches with at least one elimination (0/5) – Hard. These are the challenges you can complete for Free.
The next set of challenges are for the paid Battle Pass version. They are: Stage 1: Dance on top of a crown of RVs (0/1), Deal headshot damage to opponents (0/500), Stage 1: search ammo boxes in a single match (0/5) – Hard and Eliminate opponents in different named locations (0/5) – Hard.
In the “pick up an item of each rarity” challenge, there will be five different item rarities which will rank from lowest to highest: grey, green, blue, purple, then yellow. This challenge should be quite easy especially if you land in named locations where there’s plenty of loot available.
In the “dance in different forbidden locations challenge, you will need to dance in places where there are “no dancing” signs. These particular places usually feature a dancing guy with a circle and strike through it. A couple of these places are located in the new snowy area. Cnet.com provided a map of all the “no dancing” locations. You guys can view it on there website by Clicking Here.
Just scroll down until you see it. Some of the locations we saw on the map are: Junk Junction, Frosty Flights, Riskey Reels, Wailing Woods, between Snobby Shores and Loot Lake, Salty Springs, Paradise Palms. Again, you guys can view their exact locations on the map that Cnet.com provided. You will need to dance at least seven of the different locations to complete this challenge.
For the “playing matches with at least one elimination” challenge, it’s suggested that you just concentrate on going on the offensive and landing in named locations in regular game modes. Also, there’s another option that might serve you better. It is to quickly fly through this one and play the limited time Rumble Mode. In the Rumble Mode, you can respawn as many times as it takes to get five.
Alright, for all you Battle Pass members, the “dance on top of a crown of RVs” is the start of a quest with three stages. The remaining locations will include a new metal turtle building and a submarine high atop a mountain in the snowy area. It’s suggested that you don’t waste any time trying to look for them. Instead, just go to these locations in the order of the challenge.
Cnet.com pointed out that the submarine is located high atop a mountain. So, you’ll most likely want to just land there or use a vehicle. Again, Cnet.com also supplied map view of these locations at the same link we gave you earlier in this article. You’ll just need to scroll down the page when you get there. The submarine is located at Frosty Flights. Crown Of RVs is located way south of Paradise Palms. Metal Turtle is located just north of Lonely Lodge.
In the “how to deal headshot damage to opponents” challenge, you need to get 500 damage total. Focus on improving your shooting ability to get through this challenge pretty swiftly. That’s all the advice they had for that one. It’s not labeled hard. So, it seems like it will be fairly easy to complete.
The “Stage 1: Search ammo boxes in a single match” challenge will reportedly be easier than it has been in the past. This time, it will feature only five ammo boxes to complete as opposed to seven in previous seasons. It’s suggested that you land at a named location that’s much farther away from where other players would usually land. You could probably get through this one much faster by landing at one of the older, less popular locations.
Last, but most certainly not least, we’ve got the “eliminate opponents in different named locations” challenge. Even though this one is labeled “hard,” it’s believed to not really be that hard especially if you made it through the elimination and headshot challenges. Cnet’s advice for this one is to just hit up places you haven’t been to in a while if you see you are having trouble completing it.
