New Empire Season 5, March 27, 2019 Episode 12 Spoilers Revealed By FOX
Hey, Empire fans. We hope you enjoyed episode 11 tonight. Now that it’s all wrapped up and in the books, it’s time to go over what the next,new episode 2 has in store for us. Thanks to the wonderful people over at FOX and their recent press release for episode 12, we’ve got quite a bit of intel for episode 12.
To get things started, FOX’s press release revealed that episode 12 is labeled/titled, “Shift And Save Yourself.” Hmmm, that sounds like something Lucious would say doesn’t it? Anyways, it sounds like the new episode 12 will feature some more very intense and shocking scenes as Andre gets some startling news! Cookie might change the whole game! Jamal goes to work hard on a new track. Luscious and company get busy on new stuff for Empire. Thirsty gets pressured by the FBI and more!
We’ll go ahead and start off this teaser session with the Cookie situation. It turns out that she’s going to get offered a new opportunity that’s so huge, it could change the whole freaking game! However, it could also put her family business in jeopardy! FOX’s official description tells us, “Cookie is offered a career game-changer that would put her future in the family business in jeopardy.” An alternate description reads like this,”COOKIE IS OFFERED A CAREER GAME-CHANGER.”
What does this big, game-changing opportunity entail? That’s the burning question for this particular plotline.
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Jamal is going to be extra busy, trying to put a new track together for Tiana and Treasure. FOX’s description tells us, “Jamal works diligently to try to make Tiana and Treasure’s (guest star Katlynn Simone) track a success.”
The third spoiler teaser reveals that Lucious, Cookie and Giselle are all about to get busy working on new plans for all their Empire artists. FOX’s description tells us, “Lucious, Cookie and Giselle deliberate future plans for Hakeem and the rest of the artists at Empire.”
The 4th teaser scoop reveals that Thirsty is going to find himself in a very sticky situation as the feds aka FBI start breathing down his back. Apparently, they will be targeting Thirsty since he has this close affiliation with Lucious and Damon Cross. FOX’s description reads like this, “Meanwhile, the feds pressure Thirsty due to his affiliation with Lucious and Damon Cross (guest star Wood Harris).”
Will the feds get Thirsty to crack and spill some serious info? That’s the big question for this particular scenario. Hopefully, that question will get answered in this episode.
Last, but most certainly not least, the 5th spoiler scoop reveals that Andre is going to get a big shocker thrown his way! FOX’s description tells us, “Andre receives startling news.” What will this surprising news entail? That’s the big, burning question for this particular scenario, and it’s definitely another question we want to see get answered in this episode. We know at least one of these plotlines will probably leave us with a big cliffhanger for the next episode though.
Episode 12 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Tasha Smith as character Carol, Alicia Coppola as character Meghan Conway, Liza Lapira as character Vera, Pej Vahdat as character Kelly Patel, Katlynn Simone as character Treasure, Wood Harris as character Damon Cross, and Meta Golding as character Teri
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 12 are: Terrence Howard as character Lucious Lyon, Taraji P. Henson as character Cookie Lyon, Jussie Smollett as character Jamal Lyon, Bryshere ‘Yazz’ Gray as character Hakeem Lyon, Trai Byers as character Andre Lyon, Gabourey Sidibe as character Becky, Serayah McNeill as character Tiana, Ta’Rhonda Jones as character Porsha, Andre Royo as character Thurston “Thirsty” Rawlings, Nicole Ari Parker as character Giselle Sims-Barker, Chet Hanks as character Blake Sterling, Rhyon Nicole Brown as character Maya, and A.Z. Kelsey as character Jeff Kingsley.
FOX’s press release also confirmed that episode 12 will indeed air next Wednesday night, March 27, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on FOX.
