The Amazing Race October 5, 2022 Eliminated No One (Recap)
Hey, “The Amazing Race” fans. Tonight, October 5, 2022, another new episode of The Amazing Race’s current season 34 made its way to the air, and it featured a little something different called, the Mega Leg. In it, the teams had to complete two detours and two Road Block challenges. They also had to travel to two cities.
Tonight’s episode kicked off with the teams learning they had to charter a flight to Bologna, Italy and drive themselves to Arco del Meloncello to get their first clues for this leg of the race. Once they got there, they ran into their first detours, which were “Head of the Class” or “The Big Cheese.”
Glenda and Lumumba got lost trying to find the detours. Rich and Dom had trouble with directions as well. Rich also had problems driving the manual transmission car.
In the “Head Of The Class” detour, the teams had to sit through a class about bones and organs. Then, they had to pass a timed exam on it to get their next clue. In “The Big Cheese” detour, the teams had to deliver two wheels of cheese to a cheese cutter to get their next clue.
After the teams successfully completed their detours, they were directed to drive to the Ducati Factory to get their next clue. When they got their, they were hit with a Roadblock challenge that required them to correctly assemble the wheels, breaks and panels of one of their fastest flagship motorcycles to get their next clue. Poor Glenda and Lumumba got stuck in last place on this one as they arrived late after getting lost at first.
After the teams successfully wrapped up this tough, Ducati Roadblock challenge, they were instructed to go to Villa Bardini to get their next Road Block clue. At this point, we were hit with a “To Be Continued” message. So, we’re going to have to wait until next week’s new, October 12, 2022 episode to see how this all plays out. Obviously, no one was eliminated in this episode as it didn’t feature the full leg of this particular race.
Again, the next, new episode of The Amazing Race’s current season 34 is scheduled to air next Wednesday night, October 12, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time on CBS.
