60 Minutes August 13, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We hope you guys are having another great Sunday. We’re back in action to inform you that CBS will be serving up another episode of 60 Minutes tonight, August 13, 2023. However, since it’s still the offseason, tonight’s episode will be a repeat episode once again. Since some of you guys might not have seen this repeat episode when it originally aired, we do have some preview information for it.
CBS put out an official press release for tonight’s August 13, 2023 repeat episode. So, we’re going to reference it for this preview session. Let’s go.
The first description for tonight’s August 13, 2023 repeat episode of 60 Minutes reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “SILICON VALLEY SCANDAL.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this,”Ina and David Steiner, authors of a newsletter that reported on players in the e-commerce business – Craigslist, eBay and Etsy – sit down for their first interview with 60 MINUTES. Sharyn Alfonsi speaks with the couple who were stalked and harassed with violent threats directed by eBay senior managers in an attempt to stop the Steiners’ news reporting.”
The second description reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “AMERICAN PRAIRIE.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Bill Whitaker travels across the great plains of the American prairie to a vast grassland that one nonprofit is trying to transform into the largest nature reserve in the lower 48 states – bigger than Yellowstone and Glacier national parks combined.
The idea of restoring a wildlife ecosystem that once teemed with buffalo and other native species is welcomed by Native American neighbors, but many local cattle ranchers are skeptical.”
The 3rd and final description for tonight’s August 13, 2023 repeat episode lets us know that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “JAMES NACHTWEY.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Anderson Cooper profiles one of the greatest war photographers of all time, James Nachtwey, who is now 75 and still risking his life to capture important images of suffering and sacrifice, heroism and beauty, in dark and dangerous places around the world.
For the last 40 years, Nachtwey has photographed nearly every major conflict, including wars in Bosnia and Afghanistan, the genocide in Rwanda and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed these particular segments when they originally aired, you might still want to keep CBS on your primetime watchlist tonight to check those out. If you did see those repeat segments when they originally aired, and you have no desire to watch them again, you will definitely want to get some other plans in the works for tonight.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that 60 Minutes will be a repeat episode again tonight, August 13, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV screens, starting at approximately 6 pm central standard time.
