Saturday Night LIVE August 12, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. It’s that time of the week again. We’re back to let you know that another episode of Saturday Night LIVE will be hitting the air tonight, August 12,2023. However, it will be a repeat episode once again because of the ongoing WGA writers strike, which started back on May 2, 2023.
We did check for some updates on the strike, and some possible good news is looming. The studios did agree to start back negotiations with the WGA writers union this past Thursday, August 10, 2023. If everything goes well with this latest round of negotiations, we could see this writers strike finally come to an end. So, keep your fingers crossed.
In the meantime, we did track down the repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE that NBC will be serving up tonight. They’re going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on January 21, 2023. It featured 39 year old American actress, comedian and producer Aubrey Plaza showing up to do the hosting duties. It also featured 31 year old English singer and songwriter Sam Smith showing up to deliver some musical performances.
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE when it originally hit the air, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check it out. If you did see that repeat episode when it originally aired, and you have no desire whatsoever to watch it again, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up for tonight at that time.
Again, it’s been confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be a repeat episode again tonight, August 12, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV screens, starting at approximately 10:29 pm central standard time on NBC.
