Hey, “Jimmy Kimmel LIVE” fans. We’re back again to let you know that ,unfortunately, ABC will once again be forced to have to air another week of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE repeat episodes all this week, August 14-18, 2023 due to the ongoing WGA writers strike, which started back on May 2, 2023.
According to some recent reports, the negotiations between the WGA writers union and the studios have currently opened back up. So, that could be some possible good news if the two organizations can finally hash out an agreement.
In the meantime, we did get a hold of a list of all the repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE that ABC is airing this week via their official press release. So, we’re going to reveal those to you right now. Let’s go.
Tonight, August 14, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on February 16, 2023. It featured appearances from: singers Katy Perry and Lionel Richie promoting “American Idol.” Comedian Mike Epps promoting “The Upshaws.” Musical Guest Beck.
On Tuesday night, August 15, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on February 3, 2022. It featured appearances from: Josh Gad promoting “Wolf Like Me.” Anna Chlumsky promoting “Inventing Anna.” Musical Guest The Weather Station.
On Wednesday night, August 16, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on February 21, 2023. It featured appearances from: comedian Wanda Sykes promoting “The Upshaws.” RZA promoting “Wu-Tang: An American Saga.” Musical Guest Bailey Zimmerman.
On Thursday night, August 17, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on January 25, 2022. It featured appearances from actress Kristen Bell promoting, “The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.” Ike Barinholtz promoting, “The Afterparty.”
On Friday night, August 18, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on March 13, 2023. It featured appearances from: actor Owen Wilson promoting “Paint.” Academy Award winner Guillermo del Toro. Academy Award winner Ke Huy Quan.
If any of you guys missed any of those repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE when they originally aired, you might still want to flip on ABC during the late nights this week to check them out. If you did see those repeat episodes, and you have no desire to watch them again, you will certainly want to get some other late night plans lined up for this week.
Again, ABC’s press release confirmed that Jimmy Kimmel LIVE will be repeat episodes again all this week August 14-18,2023, and they’re all scheduled to hit your TV sets, starting at approximately 10:35 pm central standard time.
