First, we’re being told that tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night Smackdown LIVE is taking place over in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the Scotiabank Arena.
The first description for tonight’s new, August 18, 2023 episode 33 reveals that you guys are going to see a match take place between Edge and Sheamus for his 25th Anniversary special. WWE’s official description for this Edge and Sheamus match reads like this, “Edge to face Sheamus during his 25th Anniversary Special.”
The second description reveals that current United States champion Rey Mysterio and LWO’s Santos Escobar will show up to be on the The Grayson Waller Effect. WWE’s description for this Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar segment reads like this, “New U.S. Champion Rey Mysterio and LWO’s Santos Escobar get in the hot seat on “The Grayson Waller Effect.”
The 3rd and final description for tonight’s new, August 18, 2023 edition lets us know that Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flaire will have a tag team match against Iyo Sky and Bayley. WWE’s description for this tag team match reads like this,”Bianca Belair & Charlotte Flair to battle IYO SKY & Bayley.”
Again, the WWE confirmed that a new episode of WWE Friday Night Smackdown LIVE is arriving on your TV sets tonight, August 18, 2023, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
