According to the most recent reports, the latest round of negotiations between the WGA writers union and the studios was not successful. The WGA turned down the studios’ counter-offer. So, this striking saga will continue for only God knows how long.
With that said, ABC put out another press release, which reveals the repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE they will be airing this week. So, we’re going to reveal those to you right now. Let’s go.
Tonight, August 28, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 20, 2023. It featured appearances from: actor Jake Gyllenhaal promoting “The Covenant.” Actress/comedian Whitney Cummings promoting “Whitney Cummings Presents: The OnlyFans Roast of Whitney Cummings.” Musical Guest boygenius.
On Tuesday night, August 29, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on February 15, 2023. It featured appearances from: actor Orlando Bloom promoting “Carnival Row.” Lauren Ash promoting “Not Dead Yet.” Musical Guest Jordan Davis.
On Wednesday night, August 30, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on December 14, 2022. It featured appearances from: actress Margot Robbie promoting “Babylon” movie. Actress Sabrina Impacciatore promoting “The White Lotus” TV show. Musical Guest The White Buffalo.
On Thursday night, August 31, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on January 24, 2022. It featured appearances from: Lady Gaga promoting “House of Gucci.” Jake Tapper promoting “The Lead with Jake Tapper” and “State of the Union.”
On Friday night, September 1, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode they originally aired back on January 17 2022. If any of you guys happened to have missed any of these repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE, you might still want to stick with ABC during the late night hours this week to catch those. If you did catch these repeat episodes the first time they aired, and you have no desire to see them again, you will certainly want to make some other late night plans ,this week, that don’t involve ABC.
