Hey, “Jimmy Kimmel LIVE” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back to tell you that ABC will have to give you another week of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE reruns this week, September 4-8, 2023 due to the seemingly never-ending WGA writers strike.
Recent reports are telling us that there’s still no deal made with the writers strike situation, and it just hit the 4-month mark. We’re hearing that if a deal isn’t reached by November 2023, this strike is going into 2024 because everyone will take their holiday break during the final two months of the year. So, cross your fingers that a deal happens before then.
In the meantime, ABC did put out a press release, which reveals all the repeat episodes of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE that ABC is airing this week. So, we’re going to tell you what those are right now. Let’s get to it.
Tonight, September 4, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 11, 2022. It featured appearances from: actress Viola Davis promoting “The First Lady.” Henry Winkler promoting “Barry.” Singer Katy Perry.
On Tuesday night, September 5, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 4, 2022. It featured appearances from: actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II promoting “Ambulance” movie. Actress Eiza González promoting “Ambulance.” movie. Musical Guest alt-J.
On Wednesday night, September 6, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 5, 2022. It featured appearances from: actor Idris Elba promoting “Sonic The Hedgehog 2” movie. Lamorne Morris promoting “Woke.” Musical Guest The Regrettes.
On Thursday night, September 7, 2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on March 17, 2020. It featured appearances from: actor Harrison Ford promoting “The Call of the Wild.” Science Bob Pflugfelder, Musical Guests Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Yachty and Sueco the Child.
On Friday night, September 8,2023, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 6, 2022. It featured appearances from reality TV stars The Kardashians promoting “The Kardashians.” Rob Gronkowski promoting “Kids’ Choice Awards.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed any of those repeat episodes of the Jimmy Kimmel LIVE show when they first aired, you might still want to hit up ABC during the late nights this week to check those out.
