NCIS October 14 Season 22 Premiere Episode 1 Spoilers Reveal Hostage Scandal & More
Hey, “NCIS” fans. Welcome to the brand new season 22! That’s right, guys. It’s finally here. The CBS people are going to finally dish up the very first premiere episode 1 tonight, October 14, 2024, and we’ve got some new, spoilery intel for it to run by you guys.
We were able to get a hold of an official teaser description for one of episode 1’s main storylines via CBS’ official episode 1 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to pull it up for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
For starters, there’s an official title for this new episode 1. The writers decided to name this one, “Empty Nest.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very interesting, action-filled, suspenseful, dramatic and scandalous scenes.
In this new episode 1, the search for a missing agent will be the main focus of this one and only storyline that CBS chose to give up. Yep, it turns out that there will be an agent who is working an undercover mission in this episode, but he or she will turn up missing at some point. This development will prompt the NCIS team to jump on this case and start searching to track down the whereabouts of this missing agent. There will also be an active hostage situation taking place.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 1 of NCIS season 22 reads like this, “NCIS searches for a missing undercover agent in the midst of an active hostage situation on the 22nd season premiere of the CBS Original series NCIS.” Episode 1 was written by Christopher J. Waild, and it was directed by Diana Valentine.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of NCIS’ new season 22 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, October 14, 2024 in the 7 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
